Verifying God's Existence and Curing Mental Illnesses

Carl Jung discovered that our dreams are produced by the unconscious mind in the end of a barbarous century. The beginning of the twentieth century was marked by two world wars. The end of this century was characterized by a sudden scientific and technologic progress, and the predominance of atheism.

The world changed very much. On one hand, this progress was positive and it helped us in many ways. On the other hand, many tragic mistakes transformed our civilization into an always more absurd and cruel civilization.

I continued Carl Jung's research in order to denounce the irresponsibility of the human race. I discovered that we are absurd from birth, and we tend to acquire worse mental illnesses with time, while we are not doing anything to prevent craziness.

Mental illnesses are invincible. We have to do everything we can in order to prevent the formation of mental disorders, without wasting time.

The symptoms of severe mental illnesses are unbearable. They are caused by our anti-conscience, which is the wild side of our conscience. The anti-conscience causes dizziness, fainting, oral and visual distortions, emptiness in the mind (blackout), panic attacks, and hallucinations with the intention to destroy our conscience and control our behavior. It also sends numerous absurd thoughts to our conscience.

Nothing can be worse than a severe mental illness for a mentally ill person, and for their environment. Mental illnesses transform human beings into violent monsters tortured by unbearable feelings because they are controlled by their wild conscience.

The anti-conscience is a primate that can think. It has satanic characteristics because it is the tragic result of the disorganized formation of the first live conscience, and it refuses to change its behavior. When the anti-conscience manages to completely destroy a person's human conscience, it permanently takes the place of their ego, and acts in their place.

We cannot keep ignoring the existence of terror and try to live well in parallel with craziness and despair if we want to eliminate all mental illnesses forever. Our anti-conscience cannot be transformed into human conscience in a world characterized by violence.

Our world must be a place where everyone will have the chance to transform their wild nature into human nature, so that they may evolve and find happiness in life.

If we are indifferent to the existence of terror on Earth and we do nothing to eliminate poverty, we cannot but suffer because of the tragic consequences of our ridiculous mistakes. Our attempts to cure mental illnesses while closing our eyes to the terror that prevails in our world are predestined to fail from the beginning, exactly because they are absurd.

Our military power, our wars, our crimes, and our hypocrisy prove that we are barbarous and insane creatures. We cannot put and end to mental illnesses if we live in a place where terror, violence, and despair exist.

If we were not insane, we wouldn't be indifferent to poverty, and to the violence that characterizes our world. We wouldn't be able to sing and dance, while knowing that other people are dying of hunger or being victims of violent attacks.

We would suffer with the suffering we observe, and we would do everything we could in order to put and end to this suffering. We would care about eliminating terror, poverty, immorality, and violence on Earth the same way we care about eating and living well. Our apathy before so many horrors clearly indicates that we are totally insensitive.

There is no human sensitivity in our frozen hearts.

If you want to be balanced, you must an exception. You have to be sensitive and suffer with other people's pain. You must care about everyone's life; not only your own. You cannot be insensitive and distant.

The meaning of your dreams helps you understand this truth and stop making the common mistakes of the human race. Through dream translation you acquire permanent sound mental health because you eliminate the evilness and the absurdity you have inherited in your brain, and the evilness and absurdity of the world. You stop closing your eyes to what is bad.

This doesn't mean that you live crying, but that you act. You do everything you can do to save the world; the same way you do everything you can to improve your own life. You stop observing the chaotic situation of the world with apathy and lack of responsibility. You understand that you have to do your part. The world needs your contribution.

God sends you dreams with information and guidance in order to help you eliminate your satanic anti-conscience and attain sanctity through consciousness. You can verify this truth into practice by translating the meaning of your dreams based on the scientific method of dream interpretation.

You should desire to follow a path of psychological and spiritual transformation with the intention to have the behavior of a saint.

Now, you are probably worried, thinking that God will make you abandon the luxury of your house and be poor.

Does God want to see you living on poverty? Why are all saints always poor?

They are poor because they understand that they cannot ignore the suffering of the world and indifferently enjoy their lives, glad with the material pleasures that other people cannot have.

God wants to see you having everything you need. You don't live on Earth in order to pass through poverty. This is not what God prepared for you.

Poverty is a result of the influence of the absurd and evil anti-conscience into everyone's conscience. If our world is a living hell where many people are starving while a privileged group is living well, this is because we created this absurd situation.

God created our planet in order to transform our anti-conscience into human content through wisdom and sensitivity. Many times we have to accept suffering in order to learn how to be wise. However, it is not God's intention to make us pass through an unbearable hell while we are alive. The unbearable situation that prevails in our world is a result of our own absurdity.

We have the moral obligation to eliminate poverty on Earth if we want to eliminate terror. Those who live on poverty cannot but spread terror everywhere, since they live on terror. This means that they are completely controlled by their anti-conscience.

Everyone else is also controlled (or only sometimes influenced) by their evil and absurd anti-conscience the same way. This is why they are indifferent to the misery of those who are starving.

When Jesus said that "It is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle than for a rich man to enter the kingdom of God" He meant that those who are rich care only about feeding their ego. They are totally indifferent to the misery of the poor. This is why they cannot but go to hell.

Jesus was condemning the rich man because of his selfishness and greed, and not because of his desire to be wealthy.

God gives us food in abundance, but we don't want to share our food with our brothers and sisters. We prefer to be cruel because we like to be kings, and have many slaves. Our satanic nature is responsible for the cruelty that characterizes our behavior and the terror that characterizes our world.

We have to indispensably put an end to poverty on Earth, so that we may be able to put an end to terror, violence, and immorality, and then, eliminate all mental illnesses. The divine unconscious mind can help us discover how to feed humanity, without letting anyone die of hunger.

We will surely find salvation when we'll put an end to the unbearable situations of the world, and pass through a process of psychological and spiritual transformation. God can help us attain all goals with His lessons in dreams. We only have to seriously obey the divine guidance.

Christina Sponias continued Carl Jung's research into the human psyche, discovering the cure for all mental illnesses, and simplifying the scientific method of dream interpretation that teaches you how to exactly translate the meaning of your dreams, so that you can find health, wisdom and happiness. How to Boost Your Energy Levels in Just 5 Minutes

If you want more energy to remain active and enjoy your day, you can make use of the following tips to give you the extra boost that you need to conquer all the challenges that you will face during the day:

Tip 1-Make your bed

Even though this sounds small and insignificant, this 'small' ritual helps to create a calm atmosphere in your bedroom. This calm atmosphere causes a soothing feeling to permeate through your bedroom which helps you to relax and sleep better when you are in your room.

Therefore, if you are able to use this it will help you to sleep very well at night so that when you wake up in the morning, you would be highly refreshed and strong enough to face the challenges of the day.

Tip 2-Prepare and pack a snack before you leave the house

Prepare a healthy snack to take with you before you leave your house in the morning. You can make use of fruits, unsalted nuts, and vegetables to make healthy snacks. If you have your healthy snacks ready in the afternoon, you will not be tempted to eat junk foods when you start to feel hungry.

Tip 3-Tidy your desk

Remove all the stray papers, scattered coffee mugs and all other things that clutter up your desk. If you can tidy up your external environment, you will be more organised and focused.

Tip 4-Listen to music

Good music helps to lower your blood pressure and your stress levels; it also helps to elevate your moods and keep you upbeat more easily. Download as much music as you like into a playlist on your MP3 player which you can listen to when you are at work and when you are exercising.

However, make sure you don't set the volume of your earpiece to a very high volume so that you don't end up damaging your eardrums.

Tip 5-Sniff soothing natural scents

Some fruits like lemons, basils, junipers, and lavenders have natural stress relieving scents that you can sniff to calm down your nerves.

Tip 6-Gentle stretching

Engage in gentle stretching exercises. You can stretch your arms over your head, and you can also raise and lower your shoulders gently a couple of times. These stretching movements help to improve the circulation of blood in your body and they also help to relax muscular tightness that is caused by the effect of stress.

Tip 7-Meditation

You can take out time to ponder upon bible verses that talk about the goodness and the faithfulness of God; you can meditate on inspiring bible verses from the book of psalms.

Tip 8-Count your blessings

Count and keep a record of every good thing that has happened to you. If you keep your mind constantly thinking about the all the negative things that are happening in the world around you, you will be drained of all your energy.

However, if you (and you can) choose to deliberately keep your mind on only the good things that are happening to you, you would experience higher levels of inner energy as you give thanks for all the good things that has happened to you.

Tip 9-Turn off your gadgets

Take a break from your tablet, personal computer, flat screen television, and mobile phones from time to time. Just switch off everything and unwind especially at night before you go to bed.

Even though the world is on for 24 hours every day of the week, you should switch off from time to time.

Tip 10-Set your priorities

You cannot do everything that you want to do every time. Make a list of all the things that you want to do and arrange them in their order of importance and then you can start doing them one after the other as you start from the top of the list.

If you do this, you will gradually do most of what you want to do after some time. By the way, are you interested in knowing the healthy foods that you must eat to stay fit, trim and healthy?

Emotional Triggers, the Power of Anticipation

I have never gone to a party or gathering with the intentions to be tagged as the funk of the night. Instead I looked forward to getting out of work mode and into the mode of joy. Preparing to meet and greet happy people, who just want to let their hair down, relax and be totally beautiful, is an inspiring and exciting opportunity. Similarly during holiday season's it is a fact that people who get in the spirit of being jolly usually land there.

Can we learn from the magic of the high note? Have you ever noticed how people are naturally happier during the festive seasons? I have, in fact it is accurate to say that outside of the holiday season most people, that would normally pass you by without saying a word, suddenly adopt the gift of greetings. More people carry on with new pep in their step, in a blissful spirit uttering some of the following warm wishes;

- Happy thanksgiving

- Merry Christmas

- Season's Greetings

- Happy New Year

- Happy Valentine's Day

- Happy Easter

- Happy Independence day, labor day etc...

On a normal day outside of the holidays a simple good morning or hello might be like pulling teeth for many, for whatever reason. Perhaps people who need people are becoming afraid of people and of each other. Could fear be driving such blah? Could the excitement of unity and celebration be so stimulating that it gives immunity from such apprehension on any given day? If you pay attention you will note that the power of anticipation and excitement peaks joy.

Why? This rings true because of the magnificent ingenuity of you. Your body is designed to respond to emotion. Emotions either negatively or positively impact our mind, body and spirit. The State of Euphoria is good for the soul because people are in the mode of anticipation. Joy is naturally motivated by the likelihood of gain, which is exciting. It feels good to get rewards and recognition, promotion, being the top choice and winning. On the physical side the body is producing higher levels of those happy chemicals called serotonin.

Serotonin and dopamine are released in the brain when we increase activity and experience excitement that drives our adrenalin up. When we are stimulated we are also motivated. Motivation leads to more energy which leads to better attitudes and greater productivity, which leads to favorable conditions around us. When we are able to live and operate in favorable conditions we are happier, healthier and more likely to become masters of living within the magic of the high note.

There are countless benefits behind the scenes of life's high notes or more specifically, your ability to maintain happiness throughout the year. When you are happy serotonin is plenteous and affects your system in functioning optimally by;

- Regulating sleeping and awake cycles

- Stabilizing a healthy mood

- Increasing your libido

- Establishing a healthy appetite

- Ward's of depression

You can help your body out with increasing the production of this happy juice by

- Exercising, Getting 8 hours of sleep and Eating Healthy

- Through Temperance, Prayer and Meditation

- Hydrating, Getting Fresh Air and Sun Light

- Organizing and keeping clean surroundings

- Decking your walls (your body, mind, spirit and surroundings)

Knowing all of this, it would only make sense to take note of how internal and external stimulants positively influence our moods. Healthy moods lead to healthy living. Why not live in happy mode more often? You can leverage the magic of anticipation in your daily life by supporting your mind body and spirit with what it needs. The payoff will be mountainous!

Be Smart, Set Your SMART Fitness Goals

If you're serious about taking some steps to put your body and spirit in better shape, you'll have too make some plans and goals. On the other hand, you have to keep up to what you write out, be honest to yourself. It really makes no purpose to waste time and energy into thinking about what you want to achieve, and then actually working it all out, and then not making it happen.

Some of you may have heard of them, but a lot of you haven't. It's SMART goals. Now, what do you mean - smart?

Well, it's smart, but actually it's S.M.A.R.T.

S - Specific

M - Measurable

A - Attainable

R - Realistic

T - Timel-bound

Specific - it's about defining what you want to achieve by answering the five "W" questions:

Who - who is involved? Will you do it alone, or with accompaniment, will you have a friend going with you to work out, and support you if your will goes down at some moments? Will you have a personal trainer?
What - what is it that you want to achieve? Saying something too simple, as, get in the shape, won't let you have something to hold on as you'll be working. For example, weight yourself and define how many pounds you want to loose.
Where - your gym location? Are there any other important places for your body development?
When - time bound for your results to happen, also define time when you'll be available for devoting yourself towards achieving results.
Why - define your reasons. The stronger your reasons, the more motivation you'll have to work. Whenever you don't feel like doing it, just remind yourself of all the reasons you've started doing it. That will keep you going at rough times.

Measurable - find a way to measure progress towards the achievement of goals you define. If you want to build up your leg muscles, for example, and you define that you'll be achieving that by doing 60 leg presses a week, and if you go to gym 3 times a week, you'll need to do 20 on each training.

Attainable - far away goals might turn to simple attainable ones if you prethink the sacrifice and development of your abilities, skills, attitude and financially means to reach them. You'll surprise yourself finding things you might have already done to get closer to what you want to achieve.

Realistic - you must be willing and able to work in order to make your goals realistic. It isn't realistic to say that you'll loose 10 pounds without lifting a finger, let alone a weight. Think about what prevents you from dedication towards the goals you have in mind.

Time-bound - as already said, set up a time frame for everything you want to have under your control. Write out that date on a piece of paper you'll see every day, and that'll remind you to work and do whatever it takes to achieve desired goal by that date.

So, that's it. Your pens should be on paper right now, writing out everything you want to happen to you. It can get hard to verbalize and write out your goals to such details, but, the more you're clear with yourself about why you're doing something, the more possibility there is for that to actually be done.

Good Health Is Good Wealth

Good health as they say is always in your hands but one must know that it takes a lot of hard work to be in good health. For you to have less problems with your health you will simply have to check on the following three things and they are;

• Food
• Exercise
• Rest

These are the three most important areas that you must attend to. Now first and foremost you must know that your body is very intelligent and thus you must have a schedule worked out for it to operate with. The schedule you make should contain what you have planned to feed your body physically, mentally and spiritually. You will have to stick to this schedule religiously if you desire to see positive results. Ensure that each activity that you are to engage in has its time set apart.

The heart is the engine of your body and therefore when it is weak it will not perform its duties as required. For you to address your heart you will have to do some cardiovascular exercises and you do not have to go to an expensive gym for this one simply buy some good running shoes and you will be having a better heart with a light body. This is because running is very instrumental when it comes to making the whole body lose weight uniformly. Jogging is also advised and you can do this for fifteen minutes every day. This is a simple exercise that can keep away complicated health problems.

It is said that old is gold and when it comes to real good working out then nothing can beat push-ups and press ups. This will build your resistance and tone your upper body. This simply means that there will be no unhealthy fat in your body. Not only that but your body becomes flexible and is not prone to serious injuries from accidents that we can call simple. Now there is no doubt that you are what you are as a result of the activities you did in the past and if you did not eat healthy do not expect to be healthy. If there is a disease that has gradually caught up with us it is obesity.

People are throwing away healthy food and substituting it with oily and fatty foods that end up clogging our arteries. Of course when you are below twenty five you will not realize this soon but things will get worse for you as you enter your forties because your body will start saying no and start shutting down till you get a heart attack. Do you have to wait for this ugly scenario to take place? No. prevention is better than cure therefore avoid the unhealthy foods and instead of pizza try cooking for yourself sometime. It will not kill you but ordering a lot of fries and burgers will.

Enough with the food and exercise, one thing that many health experts tend not to cover is sex. Sex is good and really wonderful but nowadays sex has lost all its decency. People are getting infected with STI'S and this is something that affects your health. It is therefore important to have a responsible sex life and all will go well. Last of all rest when you feel worn out so that you can regenerate your energy because after all is said and done you will become healthy, wealthy and wise.

Family and Systemic Constellation Therapy

The Constellation process creates living models that disclose the deeper forces that can influence our thoughts, behaviors and emotional experiences.

Developed by Bert Hellinger, Constellations often disclose the hidden elements and dynamics behind suffering that results from grief, loss, tragedy and violence. Constellations can provide healing for self, family and ancestors. Constellations are used by psychotherapists, alternative healers, shamans and energy workers around the world.

Constellation Facilitators believe that each of us is surrounded by a "knowing field" that contains the unresolved issues or imbalances inherited from our families and ancestors as well as the wisdom to transform them.

Creating a living model of these deeper realities can give us the perspective to make new choices or follow unforeseen pathways.

Hellinger believes that each family (also tribe and nation) has a conscience at a deep level of the system. This conscience does not tolerate a member being excluded, shunned or forgotten. To correct this imbalance younger members of the family system are likely to identify with the missing family member.

This is often the source for "entanglements" with family and ancestors. Entanglements are defined as when one individual becomes entwined in the events of the past, thereby experiencing and feeling the fate of another as his/her own.

Constellations can be done in group workshops or in private sessions. In Family Constellation theory, psychological states, feelings, and physical illness are often seen as disturbances in the individual's family system. During the group process volunteers are asked to "represent" individuals from a family system.

While the individual watches the representatives move, speak and react to other representatives (with the help of the facilitator). Representative do not "act" the part. They are asked to allow what is present to emerge. Hidden connections, issues and confusions are revealed and explored. When representatives for the family system are finally in their correct position and excluded or unacknowledged elements are revealed and accepted, the energy of the system can begin to flow naturally.

The Family Constellation process creates an opportunity to move forward into our lives. It can support us in:

- Receiving the love of our parents and ancestors
- Being fully present to our resources and strengths
- Seeing how we can bring familial dynamics to our work environments
- Living our lives with dignity
- Releasing physical pain or illness

Private constellations may use wooden figures and/or visualization techniques to reveal family dynamics. The Facilitator may also take on one or more representations for the client.

Increasing, practitioners are calling this work "Systemic Constellations." This broader view of the work values the impact of the constellation process on many different types of systems large and small. Constellations can be done for trauma, illness, dreams and more. New ways of setting up constellations that are different from the classic setup are emerging as well.

Barry Krost facilitates Family & Systemic Constellations private session and groups in Chicago, IL, (including phone/skype sessions).

Stress at Your Workplace: Tips for Dealing With It

Stress in the workplace is a fact and something we all have to deal with from time to time. It's important to manage and deal with stress so it doesn't affect your health and cause you to lose time at work. Stress and anxiety contribute to long-term work loss. The following are tips for dealing with stress in the workplace:

Distractions Contribute to Stress

At work, reduce distractions that affect your concentration and your ability to complete tasks on time. Distractions include the radio playing too loud; having your cell phone at hand constantly beeping, buzzing, vibrating, or whatever; noisy co-workers next to your workspace; always checking your emails, among many other distractions.

You must take control of your work environment as best you can or it will take control of you. Eliminate distractions as best you can - close your office door, put that cell phone away, check your emails less often, and turn the radio down or off.

Use Stress Relief Tactics

A stress reliever to you may be a short walk around the building at break time; it may be getting out of the office for your half-hour or hour lunch break. Reading some inspirational verse or book passage at break time may be a way to get your thoughts collected so you can focus better. If you don't have a stress relief tactic, research some that people use and try them yourself.

Stre... etch

Stand up and stretch every so often to get your muscles moving; breathe deeply as well. Moving and stretching your arms and legs is a nice short break from your sitting position - or a stationary standing position. It helps keep you loose and less tense.

Don't Do More Than You Are Able

You can only do so much on the job each day. Work diligently, smartly, and do your very best - but don't try to be superhuman. If you were, you'd be in superman or superwoman's shoes and wouldn't be worrying about holding down a 40 + hour a week job anyway. Expect much from your self... but not so much that you're excessively hard on yourself. You can accomplish much at work, but there certainly is a limit to what you can do each day.

Smile

Sometimes we all take life way to seriously. Yes, we have responsibilities and are accountable for much in our jobs. However, we can smile and enjoy the journey as they say, while we handle our responsibilities and such. In fact, smile and laugh both! There's much to be appreciative about in life if we stop the treadmill we're on and ponder all the good things we have in our life. Smile, laugh, giggle, joke, and enjoy the people and the world around you. Laughter is certainly great medicine and gives you a fresh, new, more positive outlook on life... and work!

Ask for Assistance

You're doing the best you can, to the utmost of your abilities at work, but still you feel overwhelmed. This is a time you may have to ask for help. Maybe the workload is so heavy that it's impossible for one person to accomplish it all and meet deadlines. Approach your superior and intelligently discuss the situation with him or her. Offer suggestions to get over this difficulty, and listen intently to his or her suggestions as well. Hopefully, you will both arrive at a workable solution because of your brainstorming together.

Take That Vacation

Are you the type that forgoes vacations and earned days off because you feel the work just has to be done? You are a major contributor to your own stress. Everyone needs time off; a break; a vacation; a trip; a 'get away' day, or whatever you want to call it. Take those days off and vacations you've earned - and take them on a regular basis. Your physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health will be better for it - and so will your work performance when you get back.

Consider the above tips for managing stress in the workplace. Don't let stress take hold and relentlessly damage your overall health and work performance. Understand that stress is a fact of life; also understand that you can do something about it and help yourself, as well as get help for yourself.

Path To Defeating Guillain Barre Syndrome

Being diagnosed with Guillain Barre Syndrome found me reacting neither negatively or positively. I didn't know what Guillain Barre Syndrome was. Simple as that. As soon as I knew what it was, then it was a matter of re-focusing my life. This required mental strength.

I knew deep down I really had to defeat what I had. I had to beat it not only physically, but mentally too. I had to beat it in my mind, with my mind. I had to stay right on top of it. How did I do that? I began a lot of positive healing affirmations. I began to have great support from wonderful friends and from different literature that I started to read or was given by caring people. Tapes on healing were given to me to listen to. I was to discover deep within me, resources of strength and coping abilities I never knew I possessed.

I didn't really have to try to keep my sense of humour. I was laughing at myself so much at what was happening to me. I could feel people touch me on the foot, the leg, the arm or hand but I couldn't get those parts to do what I wanted them to do.

I had this determination and belief that I was going to beat this affliction, this syndrome, this disease, this illness. Call it what you want but I was going to stop it getting worse. I had the doctor tell me the worst of Guillain Barre Syndrome and the best. Death to total recovery. I chose the latter. It was from then that I had this faith in myself, in my inner strength, that total recovery was the way to go.

I had the nurses place me into a wheelchair, wheel me outside onto the hospital balcony where I said my many healing affirmations out aloud... everyday! I said them to the world, believed them, visualized them. I visualized everything that was happening inside my body. I visualized the nerves rebuilding, the myelin growing back, the messages passing from my brain to my feet and vice versa. I took my time. I had nowhere else to go. I was unable to go anywhere.

The support of my family and friends was enormous. I was totally buoyant with them all.

Persisting with the healing affirmations, listening to healing tapes, doing my meditations, carrying out the physio exercises in the hydro pool with the therapists and keeping my sense of humour, having fun with the nurses, lots of laughs, all contributed to the recovery and ultimate defeat of Guillain Barre Syndrome.

"Thank you so much for writing Let Your Spirit Run Free. It was able to provide the support and understanding to my mother that we as a family were unable to. Your book has been an integral part of her recovery. It has made a huge impact on her and our minds. The doubts, the insecurities and the many unanswered questions were answered. Your book is very important." Alison Kay - Tasmania

No I Can Not Forgive Them

As you may know, I do healing work with individuals. One of the most difficult issues to come across when in a session is forgiveness. The person I am working with tells me about something in their past that happened to them that was horrific. As they tell me, I ask them, "Can you forgive the person who did this to you?" And when they, who came to me for healing, answer usually with tears rolling from their eyes, "No, I can not forgive them!" That is one of the most powerful moments, that they let slip right by them. I always hope for and do get different answers, such as, "It will be difficult, but I will try." Or "Yes, I am ready to forgive them." With the last two answers, the healing session proceeds, and the healing energy continues.

I have asked myself, why does someone who is looking for healing, hold on to such powerful anger? I have come to a few conclusions from my observations. One, the pain they hold, they choose to hold. The pain defines them. When they think of the situation, they seem to be unable to stay in the now moment where they are safe. Their mind takes them right back to the horror as if it is happening right at that moment. So they relive again, again and again. It is helpful to take my client through exercises that help their mind come into the now moment. Now, right now, everything is perfect. Now, right now, everything is beautiful. When you think of the future there is worry, when you think of the past there is anger and regret. Stay in the now, as no one is traumatizing you right now.

Another reason to hang on to the anger is to continue to play the victim role. BLAME!!! Blame is such a low frequency to allow yourself to reside in. Those who play the victim role are difficult to be around and do not realize how they hurt themselves with this point of view. Things happen, people are mean, rude, and cruel. They often do things for no reason other than they can to feel as though they have power. To allow yourself to still be victimized by their actions is allowing them to continue to have power over you.

We all incarnate here with different lessons to learn. This is to evolve our soul. To learn, to grow to expand who and what we are. If you have done something to harm another, forgive yourself. How to Lead Healthy Lifestyles

It may come as a surprise to many people, but leading healthy lifestyles can actually be fun and easy. Many think that people who live healthy eat boring, tasteless food and spend half their lives on exercise equipments, but they cannot be more wrong. They may be right, though, when they say that healthy people who lead healthy lives are usually less prone to a wide array of diseases, and are more confident with their bodies, the way they are and the way they look. These people can enjoy a lot of things that a lot of unhealthy people might not be able to.

It is important to learn that healthy lifestyles can mean healthier physical, mental and emotional health. Most of the times, these things can be strongly interrelated. Good physical health has a tendency to improve mental health and vice versa. Both of these have direct and indirect effects on the emotional state of a person too.

So, how can you lead a healthy lifestyle? In this day and age when the prevalence of diet-related illnesses is high, leading a healthy lifestyle becomes of the utmost importance. Luckily, many easy ways can be done to start living and staying healthy.

1. Good fats vs. bad fats. Trans fats and saturated fats are considered bad fats for a good reason. These kinds of fats increase the risks of heart diseases because they can easily increase cholesterol levels. On the other hand, omega-3 fats, monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fats have been proven to boost heart health.

2. Whole foods vs. processed foods. Whole foods are the basis of many diet plans because of one simple reason: they offer better nutrition than processed foods. Processed foods also have high amounts of preservatives which aren't all good for the body. Whole foods provide more energy and vitamins than processed foods.

3. Exercise. Not only does exercising help weight loss, it usually has positive effects on health. People who are already suffering from cardiovascular diseases may benefit from 15 minutes of aerobic exercises. Running helps the respiratory system and may also boost stamina and metabolism. Strength exercises can help strengthen bones and muscles, and may also help correct posture.

4. Quit bad habits. Habits are hard to break, but you need to get rid of the bad ones as soon as possible. Smoking poses a lot of threats to overall health, and may cause lung cancer, strokes, emphysema and many others. Drinking too much can damage the liver. The sooner you quit these two, the better for your body.

Healthy lifestyles can prevent many diseases and help lengthen your life. It can easily give you confidence to make you feel good about yourself and be an inspiration to others. In many ways, a healthy lifestyle can have good effects on your mental and emotional health. Instead of thinking that it would take too much of your time, think about it as giving yourself all the time in the world for better quality life in return.

Can The Way You Dress Affect Your Mental And Physical Health

Can the way you dress affect your health? Some experts say it can. Of course dressing inappropriately for the season can decrease your body's immune system, but that is not the only way your wardrobe could potentially affect your health. Nor is the physical aspect of health the only concern. You have the same make up as every other human being. Your body responds to the same stimuli. If you neglect certain parts of what makes you who you are, you open yourself up to many negative things. Whether you do it consciously or not, the way you dress tells a story about you. It lets people know how you feel mentally as well as physically. If you feel good about yourself from a physical stance, you will tend to wear clothing that showcases confidence and a look at me aura., thereby, helping to keep your immune system healthy. However, if you do not feel good about your physical state, no matter what you put on it will show a sense of using clothes to hide in plain sight of everyone; and that can suppress your immune system.

It goes even further than that. Studies have shown that wearing certain fashions have the ability to change your mood. Dark clothing tends to portray a sad picture. Constantly being around an environment like that can have a negative affect on your mental state and the mind plays a big part in your overall health. This is why hospital rooms are a certain color. Different hues are known to help the body to heal due to the positive state of mind they put you in. There are many bugs out there that wage war against your body to move in and cohabit with your normal system, but when your immune system is healthy, it wards of the attack; sometimes without you even knowing about it. However, if you do things that affect your mental health, it has been proven that you weaken your immune system by your own hands; making it easier for microbes to invade. A melancholy dress style will do more than cause people to perceive you in that manner. It also makes your body react accordingly, too.

Further still, as those you encounter think that you look under the weather and continually asks you if you are feeling bad because you look down, your body will eventually take on the role of being sick. And whether it is a microbial sickness or mentally induced one, they feel the same. Knowing this should encourage you to take more care in how you present yourself when it comes to picking out your wardrobe. You tend to become what you visualize yourself to be. If you constantly surround yourself with attire that depicts a sunny disposition, your attitude is more likely to correspond with that look. The saying birds of a feather flock together is totally true. You should consider your clothes as your feathers. Feathers are not who the bird is, but they grow from the bird and therefore are an important part of what the bird is. Likewise, your clothes are chosen by you and they give an impression of who you are.

So if you want to put forth a healthy persona, it would help to ensure your clothes match your insides or at least match how you want to feel. If your outfits cause people to return looks and stares of negativity, you are the one who bares the brunt of those looks and they do have an effect on you. The more you are bombarded with that, the more it wears away at your overall health. Another way to enhance your overall health with your dress is to step it up a notch and cause onlookers to give you the attention you want by wearing clothing and accessories that put you on a higher level than your peers. Rather than just wear something common in casual or dress, why not push the barriers a little and add some flair to what your have on. Instead of just wearing a shirt, add a light scarf or ascot tie tied around your neck. Rather than choosing the normal tucked in shirt with dress coat and slacks, wear something that has an extended cuff and let your shirt tail hang out under your jacket over a pair of designer jeans. It's sure to get some eyeballs on you accompanied with smiles of admiration. That can only boost your immune system.

Attention to color, style and fashion has the potential to boost your mental and physical health. Consider dressing to help improve your overall well being. Providing quality counselling articles, hynotherapy writings and other mind help resources online.

3 Life Changing Lessons From My Summer Vacation

This week my family had our first real family vacation. My wife and I have been married for 10 years but this was the first time that we had not been too broke, too pregnant or too busy to actually get out and do something. During the past decade we spent 5 years as students, 5 years starting a business with four babies coming into our family during that time. So here are 3 lessons that will last me a lifetime from my summer vacation.

1. Turn around once in a while and see where you've been. The reason we chose California is because I grew up in the Bay Area until I was about 11. I haven't been back there for about 20 years. For me it was an amazing and emotional experience to return to the first church I ever attended, my old elementary schools, the place where I got my bike stolen and to visit the neighbors across the street. (as a side note this neighbor is the one whole stole my bike to teach me a lesson). Reconnecting with my past was invigorating and gave me a lot of insight into who I am and who I have become. Good, bad or ugly... I think it's good to sometimes revisit the ground we have already traveled and remember how we have gotten to where we are.

2. Stop focusing on all the things that could go wrong. My wife was very reluctant to do a road trip. I grew up in a family that would drive cross country every few years. She didn't really have that experience. It took some explaining and convincing before she decided that she could go along with it. This was a tremendous leap of faith. She had all of these ideas about how our kids would hate it in the car or wouldn't sleep in a strange place and on and on. But none of those things happened. The kids were as close to perfect as you could want on a road trip. I have to admit some mild disappointment that I never got to yell "Don't make me pull this car over!". Not even once!

Then there was the amusement park we visited. When I was about my kids' age my sisters were forced to bring me along with them to this same park. They hated that no matter what they tried, I would not get on any of the rides. One of them would have to sit with me while the other rode a roller coaster. I was convinced something terrible would happen if I got on the ride; the ride would break or I would go flying out or any of a hundred different, horrible things. This time though, I rode with my kids on everything. I did this despite all of the terrors that were bound to happen. Guess what? None of them did! A mere 25 years later I was enjoying rides that would have paralyzed me with fear and produced a large puddle of urine. My wife and I learned that when we focus on only what can go wrong we miss all of the wonderful things that will go right and are frankly a heck of a lot more likely. Fear, doubt and focusing on what could (but probably won't) happen keep us from happiness.

3. There is joy in the journey. We drove to along the Oregon/California coast on the way down there. Many stretches on this road had just a single lane and the speed limits were low. There are lots of little towns to drive through... slowly. It is definitely not the most efficient way to get from here to there. I learned that the most efficient is not automatically the best. I can't imagine a more beautiful route to take. Winding up and down beautiful mountains as you look west into an endless ocean was breathtaking. We had experiences that you can't have when you are driving your car as fast as it will go. Sometimes it's OK to slow down and enjoy the scenery, especially when you are with people you love.

So there it is... What I did for my summer vacation. I think that remembering where and who I come from, focusing on what can go right and enjoying life's scenery will change me and the way I practice. It reminds me of a quote I have on a plaque in the clinic which says: "In all of living have much of fun and laughter. Life is to be enjoyed, not just endured." (Gordon B. Hinckley, 1996)

3 Reasons Why CrossFit and Farmers Markets Go Hand-In-Hand

I am sure no one will argue that the American local farmers markets are making a strong comeback due to various reasons affecting the majority of citizens. The American economic landscape has eroded over the last five years due to things that can be considered unnatural. The financial and agricultural industries have been injected with unnatural constructs and biological uncertainties. For this reason, the true long term effects have yet to be realized.

CrossFit, on the other hand, came from very humble beginnings with the purpose to bring fitness and overall improved physical health to the masses.

Greg Glassman introduced CrossFit to the world via the Internet by posting constantly varied, high intensity exercises. These exercises were functional in nature and performed at a level of intensity that very few individuals could handle, even seasoned athletes.

Strong communities like Law Enforcement, First Responders, and all branches of the Military embraced the CrossFit standards and rose to new levels of fitness. CrossFit participants (AKA: CrossFitters) began to standout in unit-level competitions.

The CrossFit standard began to catch on worldwide across cultures and industries alike. The CrossFit Community was formed by individuals helping individuals become more fit both mentally and physically.

So let us explore 3 reasons why the community effect of CrossFit and the local farmers markets are so closely related.

1. Eating and Drinking Clean Organic Foods and Beverages

The farm-to-market concept was how it all began before the technology of agri-business came into play. Big agri-business is more concerned with profits and shareholders not the quality of the products produced. Cutting corners and playing with God's genetic design has only led to decreased nutritional value for the earth and human being alike.

Part of the CrossFit fitness standard is nutritional health. So the most efficient way to get your nutrition is to eat as many high quality organic whole foods as possible. Which means foods that are not genetically modified (GMO) and foods that use minimal or no pesticides. The farmers that produce these foods use natural forms of composting for premium soil nutrients and, heirloom seeds that still retain high nutrient quantities from the pre-agribusiness timeframe.

Drinking clean filtered water is key to maintain proper hydration. The reverse osmosis method of filtration is the most trusted and reliable. Any beverage being produced should us filtered water of the same standard. Fermented beverages like Kefir and Kombucha contain life giving enzymes that help provide the harmony and balance your digestive system needs.

Last but not least, the consumption of pasture-raised animals that are grass feed and are allowed to feed off of their natural habitat. Feedlot animals are raised in harsh conditions which require artificial means to help them fight off infections (i.e. multiple vaccinations) and are fed the cheapest of food that is counterproductive to the animal's health and well being.

2. Supporting Locally-Owned Businesses

Strong communities are built on supporting local business. People-helping-people is where true community health and wealth is built. Building a tribal effect of truly caring for your neighbor and their family can only lead to prosperity. I always say, "you can truly see where someone stands when you take money or the pursuit of money out of the equation".

The CrossFit affiliate is a community entity that has a passion for helping people in their local community. Its members are a special group of people that believe in charitable giving that support local causes.

3. Growing Community Relationships

Knowing the name or names of the individuals who produce your food strengthens your bond with those folks and it gives them an incentive to continue to produce food at very high standard. As individuals benefit from the local produce, they spread the word. The local farmers market is usually a family affair with several generations that come out and visit.

CrossFitters, in the same way, receive such a great benefit from the workouts and members work hard to involve their entire family and close friends. Similar recommendations from CrossFit members show the strength of the movement which show no signs of slowing down.

The Bottom Line

For total health and wellness, support your local farmers market to fulfill your nutritional needs and visit your local CrossFit affiliate to fulfill your physical fitness needs.

Either way, you can't go wrong.

Fresh Kava Root Versus Dried Kava Root

Unless you are fortunate enough to live on or visit one of the many tropical islands on which the beautiful kava plant grows, chances are you will only ever come across dried or pre-prepared kava root products. Although, in a perfect world, it would be possible to ship fresh kava root to people all over the world, the fresh root does not keep well once it has come out of the ground, making it almost completely impossible to ship safely. On the other hand, dried kava root that is powdered will last for over two years, while dried kava root that has been minimally processed will keep for much longer. Therefore, the preferred method of kava exporters is to sell the dried root rather than trying to deal with all of the complications of shipping the root fresh.

Nevertheless, I want to take a moment to extol the many virtues of fresh kava root, in order to ensure that if any of you ever have the opportunity to work with the fresh root you take it without hesitation. First of all, fresh kava root will almost always be more potent than its dried counterpart, and it will also most likely taste sweeter, as well. It can be difficult to know when buying dried kava root how old it really is - some companies likely leave their dried root sitting on shelves for months, even years - but with fresh kava, you can be assured that it was just harvested. Furthermore, the young lateral roots of kava are known to taste much sweeter than the older taproot of the plant, probably due to different alkaloid contents in the lateral and vertical roots of the plant. When you buy the fresh root, you know exactly what type of kava root you are receiving, as well as what strain it is. This extra level of control will allow you to craft the type of kava experience you really want to have. A final benefit of fresh kava root is that traditional Pacific kava ceremonies always utilize fresh roots, so if you want to experience the real spirit of the kava plant, fresh root is definitely the way to go.

If you do not live in a Kava growing area, and if you cannot foresee a future in which you might have the chance to visit one, don't feel discouraged. I still have good news for you. With a little bit of conscious effort, it is absolutely possible to make your dried kava root experience as close to 'fresh' as possible! The most important thing is to find a supplier that offers high quality dried kava that has not been sitting around for too long. Now, no company is going to admit to selling stale kava, so here are some tips for figuring out which kava supplier is the best:

1. Try to buy your kava direct from a farm, if possible. Kava farms sell to retail outlets and kava bars as well as individuals, and therefore tend to have a much higher turnover rate than retailers. Therefore, kava purchased directly from a farm tends to be much fresher. Fortunately, there are plenty of kava farms who will sell directly to you over the internet.

2. The more details a kava seller provides about the kava, the better. Look for mentions of the specific strain that is being used, where the kava is grown, even kavalactone content! There are many types of kava, and this information will help you to discover what types are the most effective for you.

3. Finally, a great way to determine if your batch of dried kava is potent is to notice whether the prepared kava beverage numbs the insides of your mouth and your tongue. The more numbing quality you experience, the more kavalactones are likely to be present in the dried kava.

By using these tips and doing a little research, you will be able to create a dried kava experience that is as close as possible to the fresh kava experience. And if you are ever in a Pacific island region, make a point of searching out some fresh kava root - you won't regret it!

Are You Stressed To The Max? Then Get Help Here!

You should try and keep the stress in your life under control. You can cause yourself serious problems like heart disease, insomnia, muscle aches and depression if you are stressed. If you get enough sleep, you will reduce your stress level, and find it easier to stay in good shape and stay healthy.

While video games and other hobbies can typically be very relaxing, if you find yourself becoming frustrated then you should put it down. You should clear your head and let yourself relax, do not give into stressful feelings or frustration.

Surprisingly, getting better organized can reduce stress. A common cause of stress can be clutter, an inability to find things, or even procrastination. Stay organized; your stress level will decrease when you feel in control.

No matter the source of your stress, you always want to think positively. If you are thinking negatively then things will seem much worse then they really are. Every problem that is eliminated can be quickly replaced by the next one. A positive focus on your life will enable you to live it in a positive and happy way, with stress kept well and truly under control.

Give stress relief tonics a try. Homeopathy could help you reduce your stress. These remedies are absolutely safe and can be very efficient. There are some herbs (Kava is one of them) that have been found to be just as effective as Xanax (alprazolam) in helping people relax and stay calm.

Music can sooth the savage beast that is stress. It is commonly known that music therapy can cut down on stress if you find the music relaxing and soothing. So choose music that works well to relieve your own stress, because what might be soothing to one person, might not be the right stress reliever for you. Listening to music you like will cause your brain to release serotonin, which will make you feel calm and happier.

The first step to getting a grip on your stress level is to take an analytical look at how you could improve your methods of dealing with it. Try recording your responses to stressful situations over a period of a month or so. Looking closely at your reactions to times of high stress can help you to self-analyze whether you are using appropriate means of fighting it. If the way you handled stress only made things worse, you can seek new ways to manage stress in your life.

When someone is giving you directions or instructions, you will be less stressed later if you pay close attention the first time. In order to relieve stress, always be sure to listen attentively when instructions are given. For example, when your doctor gives you advice, or when a teacher lectures in class, paying attention will help you retain important information.

Music is a great stress reliever. In fact, the effect of music is powerful and strong. Science has shown that listening to music has a calming effect on the body. People's musical tastes differ widely; you need to figure out what sort of music works to calm you down and help you relax.

Calming scents can melt the stress away. Smelling soothing things, such as peppermint, rose, thyme, lavender, bay leaves, and eucalyptus, will relax you. In a small container you can add some popular scented oils and a bit of rock salt to create your own aromatherapy. Whenever stress starts to overtake you, just smell one of your favorite aromas.

Working for a living is hard enough without having to be stressed out while doing it. Stress causes many problems such as weight gain, premature aging, and can damage your relationships. Take the advice you've learned here and put it into practice to battle your stress successfully! Providing quality counselling articles, hynotherapy writings and other mind help resources online.

Why Love Could Be The Clue Behind Your Desires

I've been a law of attraction believer for many years. I remember hearing about, 'The Secret' for the first time in 2006. I had just received an inheritance, and was subscribed to all sorts of making money and improving your life-type magazines and newsletters. I remember one morning, receiving a newsletter that introduced, 'The Secret'.

Now, at the time, I brought, 'The Secret', loved its content, and began to try to implement its principles. The whole concept of the images in your mind manifesting, and that I, ultimately, had the power to act like the divine in creating whatever reality I chose, was an idea that wouldn't let go!

So I tried visualizing while, 'feeling' my goal to come true. I would visualize quickly about seeing someone that I had fancied at work, and lo and behold, I would get to speak to her in a few hours time. But something was missing. I didn't like my job and wanted to leave, yet I was still stuck in this whole reality that I desperately wanted to change.

Fast forward 7 years later, and things, physically at the very least, hadn't changed. What went wrong? Is the law of attraction a complete hoax, or is there something to it.

Well, it took several out of body experiences for me to realize where I was going wrong. I became curious about the art of astral projection back in 2008. I say art 'loosely', for in truth, everybody has them every night. It's an art to do it consciously, as the temptation is to become emotional about the experience.

But, lets backtrack here, what exactly is astral projection, and how does it differ to an out-of-body experience, and lucid dreaming?

Well, to be honest with you, out-of-body experiences and astral projecting is the same thing. The term astral projection is the more socially accepted idea, where as an out-of-body experience (obe) is more accurate. Both of them are essentially the same thing, which is the act, of the truer part of your conscious, or your sub-conscious, to leave you body and go, 'inward'.

Now, that sounds like a contradiction in terms. How can you leave the body, and go, 'inward'? Surely you go outward, right?

Wrong!

Everything you see about you is the outer epidermis of the multiverse (defined like that as there is more than one universe within itself, like peals of an onion) Therefore, if your body is the furthest point on the universe scale, when you leave your body, by very nature you are going within. Don't forget the Big Bang. It shrunk before exploding!

When you leave the body, you are very aware of your environment. This isn't a dream, this is definitely real. And you thoughts manifest. Almost instantly. You become aware that thoughts are manifesting through you rather than at you. Lucid dreaming is like an obe, but you are simply not fully aware of your situation. It's like a more clearer form of a dream. You're still dreaming, but the world is just a little bit more clearer. Manifestation is also a bit more hit and miss.

You see, it took a few experiences to realise that thoughts do manifest, the only difference being is that in the obe, you are travelling within the inner dimensions of the multiverse, and therefore time is no longer there. Therefore, everything manifests almost instantly! So you do have to watch what you think about!

The only reason thoughts take longer to manifest in the physical world, is because of the element of time. But this is where the, 'now' comes into its own. In truth, there is no such thing as time. Time exists only in our imagination. Take away time, and be in the present moment, as in truth, 'now' is all there is. Manifestation happens a lot quicker then!

So, fast forward to 2012, with all these experiences, and I began to see why my life was initially wrong. I began to practice being in the present moment and tried to turn this into a daily habit.

But something was missing! I was more at peace, and was slowly enjoying life more, but my desires were still not completely manifesting. I knew I was still missing something.

I came across a concept about acting from love. I knew from my spiritual teaching that all there was was love. Love was your soul, and was the language of the multiverse. When I had listened to interviews from successful people, they had always maintained that you needed to act with love or joy to become successful. As your soul is unconditional love, and when you meditate, you feel that (that is why meditation is so nice) and that feeling of love is also infinite intelligence (as infinite intelligence is all around... some scientists have already said that there is an intelligence behind what you are seeing with the naked eye) it made sense that if you act from love, you are in a sense, 'allowing' your desires to manifest.

Why Dissolving Your Fears Are Crucial To Your Success

I was watching the Big Bang Theory the other day...

Normally I loved this show to bits... the characters are so funny, so human, and the situations (plus Sheldon... ) are just brilliant.

I had brought the 1st season DVD set, and was watching an episode where we were introduced to Sheldons twin sister. She was tall, dark, and pretty, and predictably the other characters fancied her...

Now normally this wouldn't bother me! After all, most comedys have a pretty girl, where guys swoops to get into her good graces.

And for a while at least, the swooping wasn't too bad.

But then it got sickening. As the story progressed, the sister got far too much attention needed, and the usual date-asking game went on for too long...

... to the degree where each guy character took turns to knock on poor Pennys door, and asking the sister out... and all the while, the sister (politely, of course) said, 'No'

When it cam to Rajs turn, the poor guy didn't even speak (the character in the 1st season had trouble speaking to girls) and made a small wimper that excruciatingly lasted for a good minute (although it felt like more), before walking down the stairs. The sister took it in good spirits (mentioning something about a dog) and finally said goodbye to Sheldon. Then the episode ended.

I hated it! I hated the constant swooning, and (regretably) could relate to what some of the guys went through. Pretty women had power... and they knew it!

I remember a few of my earlier experiences, that guys would sometimes drool over women that had the looks, and the very thought disgusted me.

So much so, that for the next 5 hours, I was practically in a bad mood, going through emotional turmoil, before a thought hit me...

Why am I doing this?

This happens a lot. The producers are only trying to produce a comedy after all... Some people will like that stuff, and some people will hate it!

Not everyones taste are the same!

Then I thought about a comment made by Steve Pavlina on his site, about that fact that if you have an emotional reaction towards something, in nearly all cases, it means that a part of you sees that situation inside yourself.

Fast forward to William Burlmans tip for out-of-body exploration. "Confronting and dissolving the energy manifestations of my own fears, limits and blocks are essential for my spiritual growth"

What had happened, was what started out to be a good day (I had previously felt good before watching the episode) had turned bad, all because my soul showed me some, 'past programming' and I hadn't recognised it as such!

Even in good times, you will always see a manifestation of fear of some sort, and its primary reason is for you to simply, 'dissolve it'.

Why?

Because you are not thought... although you may use thought to create (in fact you do... )

You are not emotion... although you may use emotion to create (in fact you do, as emotion is, 'Energy in 'motion')

You are soul... unconditional love, unlimited creativity and infinite!

Period!

Therefore, you must always seek to dissolve any fear you have. Attack your fears... be relentless (if needs be).

Best way of attacking them... project unconditional love towards them!
