The Origin of The Human Conscience and Your Destiny

God produces your dreams in order to transform you into a real human being. You are basically a demon because the biggest part of your brain contains craziness, but you ignore this fact.

God gave you a human conscience, hiding your wild conscience from your conscience's eyes, so that you could believe that you can become a perfect human being someday. Otherwise, you would be shocked with your own nature.

Your tiny human conscience must be developed, so that your wild conscience (anti-conscience) may be transformed into human conscience. You have to acquire consciousness of the entire content of your brain and psyche. This process is carried on through dream translation.

The unconscious mind that produces your dreams is God's mind. This is why you receive free psychotherapy in dreams.

You are a demon because you can think. The first live conscience formed by chance in the vast universe many trillions of years ago became schizophrenic because it couldn't solve its existential problems. You have inherited this dangerous primitive conscience because you belong to the human race. Your anti-conscience remains in a primitive condition because it refuses to evolve.

When a live conscience is able to think and recognize its existence it has numerous existential problems. Thinking is a dangerous practice.

The first live conscience is Satan. Satan appears in your dreams with the image of your own mother because Satan is the mother of the human conscience.

We all originated from a satanic conscience, which was not able to find solutions because it was idiotic and disorganized. This is why it ended up on terror, craziness, and despair.

Since the first live conscience had satanic characteristics, this means that even God's conscience was satanic in the beginning of its existence. However, God discovered the power of goodness and transformed His personality. He became so powerful that He was able to create our planet with the intention to transform our satanic conscience into a perfect human conscience characterized by wisdom and sanctity.

I could discover these truths after continuing Carl Jung's research into the unknown region of the human psyche, by precisely obeying the divine guidance in dreams. Now I will show you the relationship existent between the satanic origin of the human conscience and your destiny.

God prepares your destiny based on how much you are learning the meaning of goodness or not. Everything in your life depends on the cultivation of sensitivity in your heart.

You live in order to become a sensitive human being and discover the power of goodness.

However, you don't agree with God's intention. You prefer to agree with your anti-conscience and feed your ego instead of being humble. You don't accept the obligation to always obey God's guidance.

You don't even believe in God's existence. Sometimes you participate of a few social events involving the church because this is necessary for various reasons, but you don't care about your spiritual growth.

You prefer to be a demon, and only pretend to be a human being. You like to be a modern atheist.

You don't want to learn what is unpleasant and sad. You want to discover the world by yourself. You pursue happiness, glory, power, and success.

You believe that you are unique and you have your own style. You are totally different from everyone else.

However, the truth is that you are simply repeating the common mistakes of the human race. You are merely following the absurdity of your anti-conscience and the absurdity of your historical time.

Only because you belong to the human race, you are in great trouble. You cannot be happy even if you'll attain your selfish goals.

The absurd tendencies you have inherited don't let you change your behavior and life. You also imitate the bad examples of the world without criticizing your actions.

This means that you make mistakes because you are a rational animal with an idiotic conscience, and because you imitate the misleading examples of your social environment.

How can you find happiness in life if you make so many mistakes?

This is impossible.

If you believe that you can simply ignore your psychological problems and live well, you are very far from the truth. You are also misled by many lies if you believe that you can be happy in a crazy world.

If you won't transform your personality through dream therapy and learn how to stop making mistakes, your destiny will be as tragic as your grandparents' destiny, with a few irrelevant differences. You cannot ignore the tragic origin of the human conscience and live as if you could be free.

God is trying to transform the human nature during billions of years without success. Human beings simply repeat the same mistakes, without learning anything with other people's tragedies.

We have to unavoidably fight absurdity. Otherwise, our human conscience won't survive our anti-conscience's attacks. Our satanic anti-conscience can easily destroy the human conscience we receive from God when we are born by taking advantage of our deceptions and traumas.

However, we are don't want to learn what is complicated and requires a certain effort to be comprehended. We don't want to believe that our reality is so tragic and we are in great danger. We prefer to agree with those who believe that everything is fine, and forget all complications.

This is why God is wasting His time. He keeps sending us precious messages in dreams and hoping that we will respect our religion, but we are indifferent to His pain. We will never agree with His orders.

We keep being as barbarous as we used to be when we lived in caves, or when people were executed by the guillotine. Today we have atomic bombs. Thanks to our tremendous scientific and technological progress, we are destroying our planet and killing our population faster than ever.

Will you escape the tragic destiny of those who despise God's warnings?

It depends on your attitude. You can learn how to translate the meaning of dreams according to the scientific method of dream interpretation and find salvation. You can also believe that you don't need advice.

You are free to decide.

Christina Sponias continued Carl Jung's research into the human psyche, discovering the cure for all mental illnesses, and simplifying the scientific method of dream interpretation that teaches you how to exactly translate the meaning of your dreams, so that you can find health, wisdom and happiness. Health Is Your Most Valuable Asset

We have heard it time and time again "your health is your most important and valuable asset", so why does the average person forgo their health?

According to Bloomberg, Apple's profit raised 94% with global growing iPhone demand. Approximately 85,000 new cars are sold each month in Australia - the Australian bureau of statistics.

According to time.com a 2006 survey discovered the average man owns 12 pairs of shoes and women 27.

But how much do you spend on your health.

Do you prioritize shoes before vegetables, do you prioritize a new car before going for a walk, do you prioritize TV and mobile phones before going to your chiropractor.

Your worth and value is dependent on your health. You can't forget your most valuable asset and prioritize worthless objects and expect to thrive in life.

But the drive to consume has been proven greater than the need to thrive. Disease statistics are alarming. 1 in 2 men and 1 in 3 women will be diagnosed with cancer before 85 yrs old (cancer council). Heart Disease kills one Australian every 11 minutes, affects more than 3.4 million Australians and prevents 1.4 million people from living a full life because of disability caused by the disease (heart foundation). In 2007-08, an estimated 898,800 Australians had been diagnosed with diabetes (self-reports to the Australian Bureau of Statistics' 2007-08 National Health Survey)

These are all preventable diseases. It is time we commit to being smarter, stop thinking about it, do it. Your health IS your most valuable asset and it is time to invest.

Walking for 30 mins/day will cut your risk of hypertension and diabetes, reduce the risk and effects of cancer, protect against miscarriages, better your sexual health, rejuvenate your mind and sprit, manage metabolism and weight, improve brain power and add years to your life.

Drinking enough water will help you lose weight, is a natural remedy for headaches, hydrates your skin making you stay younger, increased concentration and productivity, helps digestion, keeps your joints hydrated and reduces the risk of injury, helps immune function decreasing sickness, relieves fatigue, puts you in a good mood and reduces the risk of cancer.

Having good posture will relieve pain, protect your joints, prevent injury, help you breath better, improves cardiac output and circulation, relaxes your muscles, improves motivation, self-esteem, productivity, purpose and makes you look great.

Chiropractic is the largest healing medicine outside traditional medicine, and has a long history of positive influence on health care since the 1900's. See your chiropractor today.

Think Your Muscles Bigger, The Power of Visualisation

Much has been written about the MIND: MUSCLE connection in the fields of bodybuilding and physique enhancement, a phenomenon that has been consistently backed up by scientific research. In 2010 in France at the Centre of Research and Innovation in Sport researchers showed that mental imagery boosted performance in the gym, increasing strength in both the bench press and leg press.

19 subjects were recruited for a 6 week study, and were assigned to either a mental imagery or a control group. The 2 groups performed identical bench press and leg press exercises. The difference came during the rest period between sets. The mental imagery group were told to visualise the exercise movement and imagine how the muscles would feel during each rep. The control group carried out a neutral task.

After 12 workouts, the mental imagery group had gained strength more quickly than the control group. They increased both their single rep maximum lift and the number of reps that they could do with given weights.

The mental imagery group were told to picture in their heads the muscle that they were training and to mentally successfully achieve a certain number of reps with a weight before they trained. They were told to FEEL the set in their heads from the moment the weight was picked up to the conclusion of the set, picturing as vividly as possible how each rep felt.

Without going into too much science, mental imagery helps to increase muscle strength and consequential performance by making your neuromuscular system more efficient, recruiting muscle fibres that would not otherwise be used. This, in simple terms, enables you to lift greater amounts of weight, which in turn leads to the development of larger muscles.

Perhaps the most famous example of this is multi Mr Olympia/ Mr Universe winner Arnold Schwarzenegger who thought of his biceps as mountains where there was no limit to biceps growth, which enabled him to go beyond normal mental barriers.

The results of the research in France mirrored those achieved at Hull University which was presented to the British Psychological Society's Annual Conference at the City Hall Cardiff in March 2006. In this study, 30 people performed machine bicep curls with a machine that measured how much their biceps were working. Subjects tried to produce as much force as possible under three conditions: (1) thinking only about their muscles and how they were working, (2) thinking about the weight they were lifting and (3) thinking about whatever they wanted.

It was found that there was significantly more muscle activity when people concentrated and focussed on the muscle that they were working rather than the weight that they were lifting.

Thinking about a muscle increases action potential, the electrical discharge that travels along the membrane of a cell, but will only lead to increased strength if the muscle is fully contracted, becomes overloaded, and is then allowed to repair and recover.

At the Cleveland Clinic Foundation subjects visualised contracting a finger or bending an elbow but not to perform a task. Over a 12 week period in which subjects did 50 mental contractions 5 days per week, the muscles powering the finger and elbow strengthened by 35% and 13.5%, respectively.

Stimulating a specific muscle response can also be generated by watching the actions of others. In a study at the University of Surrey, researchers found that watching live performances of dance resulted in muscle-specific motor responses in viewers, even when those viewers had no formal training in these movements. Study participants were either frequent dance spectators of ballet, Indian dance, or novices who never watched dance. Researchers tested participants using a technique called single pulse trans cranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) to measure corticospinal excitability, or signals in the hand and arm. Researchers found that if the subject was watching a motor action performed by somebody else, the motor cortex got excited. Knowing how excited the motor cortex was meant that the brain was tuning itself in ready for similar actions.

The empathic ability of participants was also tested, using an Interpersonal Reactivity Index (IRI). This is a standard questionnaire used to measure cognitive empathy. It includes a fantasy scale, with questions designed to gauge the ability to immerse yourself into a fictional character, story, or film.

Frequent ballet spectators showed larger responses in the arm muscles when watching ballet compared to when they watched other types of dance, similar results were found with Indian dance fans when watching Indian dance. They also found that that the Indian dance spectators scored higher on the fantasy subscale of the IRI. Results showed that even without physical training, corticospinal excitability can be enhanced as a function of either visual experience, or the tendency to imaginatively transpose oneself into fictional characters. They concluded that it might be possible that transposing oneself mentally into the body of a dancer has some beneficial effects for you, as in your somatosensory perception of yourself, such as the imagined feeling (that) you were dancing with somebody else.

Transposing this to the field of muscle building it would be interesting to see the muscular responses of weight lifting fans watching a weight lifting competition or bodybuilders watching a movie of some top professionals doing a workout.

What all of the above suggests is the power of the mind for muscle building. Recently I have been conducting my own trials, which at some stage I hope to publish, working with teenage Rugby players. Without, at this stage, going into too much detail, individual subjects have been using visualisation as a means to increase overall body strength. The results have been nothing short of amazing with strength increases of in excess of 30% being achieved on average by all participants.

Being a full on contact sport, additional strength equates on the pitch to improved performance levels (these of course are highly subjective) as determined by the players, coaches and of course results (winning) juxtaposed with fewer injuries.

To summarise the above - your mind is a very powerful tool when it comes to muscle building. Before you train you need to get yourself into the correct mind set by observing something inspirational in an associated field (such as in the example above a series of You Tube clips with impressive Rugby tries and tackles). Then before doing a particular exercise focus on the muscle that you are working. The greater the amount of your focus on the muscle the greater the results will be. Feel the muscle as you do the exercise. Concentrate solely on the muscle rather than the resistance being moved. As a side note, in this last respect, from a safety point of view, it is preferential to train with machines rather than free weights as free weights often need more concentration on the movement in order for the exercise to be done correctly.

Once the workout is complete, keep your visualisations going by KNOWING that your muscles have been worked fully and keeping your mind channelled into the additional growth that it will bring.

Use your mind to achieve greater results in your training. By focusing in on your muscles rather than the exercise you can greatly enhance your muscle size and strength, I am currently working with many leading bodybuilders, Rugby Players, Athletes and sports professionals all of whom are benefiting from the power of visualization and the appliance of science to muscle building.

Path To Defeating Guillain Barre Syndrome

Being diagnosed with Guillain Barre Syndrome found me reacting neither negatively or positively. I didn't know what Guillain Barre Syndrome was. Simple as that. As soon as I knew what it was, then it was a matter of re-focusing my life. This required mental strength.

I knew deep down I really had to defeat what I had. I had to beat it not only physically, but mentally too. I had to beat it in my mind, with my mind. I had to stay right on top of it. How did I do that? I began a lot of positive healing affirmations. I began to have great support from wonderful friends and from different literature that I started to read or was given by caring people. Tapes on healing were given to me to listen to. I was to discover deep within me, resources of strength and coping abilities I never knew I possessed.

I didn't really have to try to keep my sense of humour. I was laughing at myself so much at what was happening to me. I could feel people touch me on the foot, the leg, the arm or hand but I couldn't get those parts to do what I wanted them to do.

I had this determination and belief that I was going to beat this affliction, this syndrome, this disease, this illness. Call it what you want but I was going to stop it getting worse. I had the doctor tell me the worst of Guillain Barre Syndrome and the best. Death to total recovery. I chose the latter. It was from then that I had this faith in myself, in my inner strength, that total recovery was the way to go.

I had the nurses place me into a wheelchair, wheel me outside onto the hospital balcony where I said my many healing affirmations out aloud... everyday! I said them to the world, believed them, visualized them. I visualized everything that was happening inside my body. I visualized the nerves rebuilding, the myelin growing back, the messages passing from my brain to my feet and vice versa. I took my time. I had nowhere else to go. I was unable to go anywhere.

The support of my family and friends was enormous. I was totally buoyant with them all.

Persisting with the healing affirmations, listening to healing tapes, doing my meditations, carrying out the physio exercises in the hydro pool with the therapists and keeping my sense of humour, having fun with the nurses, lots of laughs, all contributed to the recovery and ultimate defeat of Guillain Barre Syndrome.

"Thank you so much for writing Let Your Spirit Run Free. It was able to provide the support and understanding to my mother that we as a family were unable to. Your book has been an integral part of her recovery. It has made a huge impact on her and our minds. The doubts, the insecurities and the many unanswered questions were answered. Your book is very important." Alison Kay - Tasmania
