Tips to Living Longer

1. Live Longer By Staying Positive

When you spend quality time with family and friends you can add years to your life almost effortlessly. This is according to research at Cleveland Clinic. "Feeling content about others lowers the production of cortisol, a powerful stress hormone that causes a multitude of illnesses, plus prematurely ages your tissues," reported David Snowdon, Ph.D., professor of Neurology at Sanders-Brown Center on Aging in Kentucky.

2. Live Longer By Moving Your Body Frequently

This small change in lifestyle has the potential for numerous health benefits. A study in the European Heart Journal showed that standing up for as little as two minutes each hour can lower blood pressure levels which have been linked to heart disease. In another study from the University of Tennessee, researchers discovered that just getting up during TV commercials and walking around the house throughout the evening can burn as many calories as walking a mile.

3. Live Longer By Not Smoking

If you smoke and are trying to quit, your body will thank you almost instantly. To help you survive nicotine cravings, it's important to increase the production of happiness hormones and lower overall stress and anxiety. Numerous "quit smoking" programs are available on the internet that offer 24/7 support to increase your success rate. The most popular is Quitnet.com while another is Women.Smokefree.gov, the National Cancer Institute's online support for women.

More Tips to Living Longer

Well known author Dr. Buettner who recently published The Blue Zones: 9 Power Lessons for Living Longer from the People Who've Lived the Longest, identified nine common traits shared by people who live longer, healthier lives. He calls these traits the "Power of 9:"

1. Move Naturally - "Do your own house and yard work, go up and down your stairs with your laundry, knead your own dough," Buettner advises.

2. Know Your Purpose - "Take time to recognize your values, strengths, talents, passions and gifts."

3. Down Shift - "Relieve chronic stress by finding time each day to nap, meditate and pray."

4. The 50% Rule - "Cut 20% of your daily calories with proven healthy practices: eat a big breakfast, dine with your family and begin each meal by expressing appreciation."

5. Plant Slant - "Eat mostly plant-based foods and small portions of meat no more than twice a week."

6. Wine at 5 - "Drinkers live longer than non-drinkers. But moderation is the key."

7. Family First - "Living in a loving, thriving family can add up to six years to your life. Work on a positive, committed relationship and stay close to your parents and grandparents."

8. Belong - "Those with the most social connectedness tend to live longer," Buetter says. "Be part of a group of healthy-minded, supportive people."

9. Right Tribe - "Good friends have a positive effect on your longevity. Support them and adopt healthy behaviors together."

Regular exercise and a diet of antioxidant-rich food gives us the opportunity to take control over how well we age and keep our bodies free from the diseases that are thought to be worsened by oxidation.

What Are Psychics And Clairvoyants' - Why Are We So Curious?

There seems to be, and apparently always has been, misunderstanding and confusion over the definitions between psychics, mediums and clairvoyants. There are many people who don't know the difference between all of these 'names' that those of us that work with spirit and energy are very appreciative.

So to clear things up for you these are the meanings of:

Psychic - pertaining to mental forces, telepathy, extra sensory perception
Medium - contacting and being able to communicate with spirits of the dead
Clairvoyance - the ability to see things beyond our normal senses
Spirit Guides/ Angels - guidance of spirit from beyond the human veil

It is not so surprising that many people don't know who or what they are letting themselves in for when visiting one of these people, or if they were to go to a workshop for Clairvoyance, would they know what to expect.

Well, I hope that the following explanations, will help you become much clearer on who and what a Psychic, Medium or Clairvoyant is and does. This of course is my interpretation and understanding of all of these areas and like everything in life we have a free will to choose our own way of understanding.

Let's start with explaining about a Psychic. Someone that calls himself or herself a psychic may well be labelling themselves as such because it is stereotypically recognised as someone that can 'read you' and most likely be able to tell you about, your past, present, future and many other things that the Psychic could not possibly have known about you before having your reading. This essentially is correct, but how they do this in the true sense of the word, is that as a Psychic they will have like a 'mental connection' with you and they will also read your energy field, so they will be very sensitive and be able to pick up on your thoughts and energy most of all. In fact we are all Psychic to a certain degree.

There are at least three 'clair' abilities, and they are Clairvoyance, Clairaudience and Clairsentience.

Clairvoyance means to 'clear seeing'. It means that the person that is working with their Clairvoyant ability will be able to see images of people, places or things in their minds eye, they are able to describe these to you during a reading or when giving a message. Therefore Clairvoyance is by definition simply clear seeing, and not seeing into the future.

A good Clairvoyant will, and indeed should, validate things for you that have happened in the past and things that are happening in the present. If they cannot interpret messages and guidance from the Spirit Guides, then how would you be able to believe that what they are saying about the future is indeed valid.

From my experience, it is not in our interest to know what will happen in our future life and therefore our Guides usually give information out very carefully. Why, you ask? Because, for example, if I were to tell someone that I could see they were going to move house have another child, win money etc and this person sat back and waited for these changes to occur then I would be interrupting their everyday thinking and way of living. Not, in my opinion a good thing.

Clairaudience means 'clear hearing'. This means that we hear information from Spirit. This might be a person's own Spirit Guide or if working as a Medium, there may be messages received from the Spirit of the loved one that is no longer here. I don't hear it on a physical level, I hear it as a voice in my head as if I were talking to myself silently. Now, as with any of these abilities the non-believers would argue that we're making it all up as we go along. It is our imagination. Well, all I can say is that there is simply a built in radar that indicates when a Spirit Guide is speaking to me. For example; When I have to ask for someone's Guide to come through with their name and to give me a past life reference that would mean something to that person only and they in return are giving me specifics, like names, dates and places and sometimes aliments relating to a client and the client verifies the information. Then I know I'm on track. It is very easy to get carried away for some and unfortunately, these people take away from the genuine Psychics and Mediums.

Clairsentience is where we feel things, or sense things, as the word suggests, it is 'clear sensing'. A Clairsentience usually get this, again when working as a Medium, such as when someone has passed with a certain illness or condition. For a moment they will feel a sensation that would have been felt by the passed over spirit on dying.Or perhaps the sensation of a condition they would have suffered with during their life, and so one can only describe this to the person they are giving a message to. This helps to validate which particular person is coming through from Spirit for the person going for a reading.

Mediums and mediumship are a little more complex to explain, so I hope I can make this easier for you to understand now.

Simply, a medium is someone that 'talks to people that in Spirit'.

To explain further, a medium, by another definition is the 'channel or conduit' by which information from spirit passes through or indeed is the channel through which any energy passes. So for example, if someone called themselves a Clairvoyant Healer, they are in fact, mediums through which the energy flows to our clients and so on...

This then means by its very nature that anyone working with Spirit or energy on any level could be called a medium. A Medium in this sense is then being defined as a 'channel'.

So for someone that calls themselves a clairvoyant/medium, by rights, should be able to describe information received from the spirit world and also to describe visually things that you have experienced in a past life, or even in your current life.

There are 'clairvoyant/mediums' out there, that aren't in fact either of these! They may 'read' people, but they may be reading via their psychic or sentient ability and not actually 'seeing' anything at all, or indeed they may not be able to receive messages from Spirit either. This doesn't mean they aren't good readers, it just means they might not be offering you the sort of reading you were really after. In even instance of you are choosing to arrange an appointment for a reading, it is best to ask your 'reader' how they work, they should always be more than happy to explain it to you not only on the phone or email, but on the day of your appointment. This way, you will be in a good place to understand and accept the information you will receive.

Spirit Guides and Angels are right here for all of us, whatever source of religion we may believe in.

They make no judgements, the religions of our world have no bearing on their love for each and everyone of us.

We all have Guardian Angels and Spirit Guides, regardless of our beliefs, or lack of them. Even totally convinced non believers have them.

In the same way we all have a heart and soul, our standing in life, whether rich or poor. tall or short, angry or happy, dictator or murderer, has no bearing on their dedication to us. We can be sure these wonderful Spirits have been caring for us since before our birth and we can also be sure that at least one of them will stay with us until death and often from one lifetime to the other.

They guide us through our days, helping us to learn our life's lessons and to provide support in fulfilling our soul's Blueprint.

One of the greatest gifts we were blessed with at birth is a 'free will'. This is ours to use as much as we please. Most of the time we make decisions based on what we want 'immediately', but if we listen closely to our inner voice we will soon learn that by following the 'guidance' we receive, our lives can be made much easier.

Our wonderful Guides are always whispering in our ear, creating environments and situations that will be of greater benefit.

I'm sure you have experienced one of these following situations; feeling just right, or experiencing another 'just a coincidence moment' that blows you away, again and again. You know, that feeling of 'déjà vu'. Yes that's right this your Guides and Angels communicating with you. Helping to make the path smoother.Take notice next time.

Our Spirit Guides are the ones who show us past lives that we have lived, often including the one that we had with them. The aim is to learn from the challenging experiences we are told of from our past lives, it is the chance to provide us the opportunity of releasing the blocked memory in this lifetime. In doing so we are bound to move forward with greater confidence.

The most important and highly understood thing understood in working with Spirit and energy is to use the White Light, be as clear a channel as you can possibly be and only ever use these abilities for the highest good of all concerned and only ever with the persons permission.

Health Is Your Most Valuable Asset

We have heard it time and time again "your health is your most important and valuable asset", so why does the average person forgo their health?

According to Bloomberg, Apple's profit raised 94% with global growing iPhone demand. Approximately 85,000 new cars are sold each month in Australia - the Australian bureau of statistics.

According to time.com a 2006 survey discovered the average man owns 12 pairs of shoes and women 27.

But how much do you spend on your health.

Do you prioritize shoes before vegetables, do you prioritize a new car before going for a walk, do you prioritize TV and mobile phones before going to your chiropractor.

Your worth and value is dependent on your health. You can't forget your most valuable asset and prioritize worthless objects and expect to thrive in life.

But the drive to consume has been proven greater than the need to thrive. Disease statistics are alarming. 1 in 2 men and 1 in 3 women will be diagnosed with cancer before 85 yrs old (cancer council). Heart Disease kills one Australian every 11 minutes, affects more than 3.4 million Australians and prevents 1.4 million people from living a full life because of disability caused by the disease (heart foundation). In 2007-08, an estimated 898,800 Australians had been diagnosed with diabetes (self-reports to the Australian Bureau of Statistics' 2007-08 National Health Survey)

These are all preventable diseases. It is time we commit to being smarter, stop thinking about it, do it. Your health IS your most valuable asset and it is time to invest.

Walking for 30 mins/day will cut your risk of hypertension and diabetes, reduce the risk and effects of cancer, protect against miscarriages, better your sexual health, rejuvenate your mind and sprit, manage metabolism and weight, improve brain power and add years to your life.

Drinking enough water will help you lose weight, is a natural remedy for headaches, hydrates your skin making you stay younger, increased concentration and productivity, helps digestion, keeps your joints hydrated and reduces the risk of injury, helps immune function decreasing sickness, relieves fatigue, puts you in a good mood and reduces the risk of cancer.

Having good posture will relieve pain, protect your joints, prevent injury, help you breath better, improves cardiac output and circulation, relaxes your muscles, improves motivation, self-esteem, productivity, purpose and makes you look great.

3 Tips For Staying True To You This Holiday Season

Love-Hate Holidays

Who doesn't love the holidays? Who doesn't hate them at the same time? While everything feels festive, there can also be a lot of commercially-driven falseness to that festiveness too.

There are also the beliefs that giving gifts is how to best show you love someone, pigging out is the best way to share your happiness, and drinking up is the best way to ride the high of the season (or deal with avoiding the lows).

Self-Love or Selfishness?

What's important is staying true to you and continuing to love and care for yourself, even during the holiday season. If you're in the midst of embracing wellness, you may be challenged and pressured by those around you to go off the wellness wagon, "because it's THE HOLIDAYS! Don't be a downer!"

It can be so easy to do what you don't want to do over the holidays because of this kind of pressure. How do you avoid confusing self-love with selfishness?

First of all, if someone tries to pressure you into eating or drinking something you don't want, or spending money you don't really have on gifts, or participating in any activity that you don't enjoy, then THEY are being selfish by accusing you of selfishiness. It's okay to stay true to you. Those who love you unconditionally will respect your choices. If you are trying to become well, they will want you to be healthy and happy.

3 Tips for Staying True to You

1. Identify what you really WANT to do this season - What foods do you want to eat and not eat? Do you want to drink, and if so, how much and what? What events do you want to go to, anf not go to? Who do you really want to buy gifts for? What is your spending limit overall, and for each person? Who do you want to spend time with? Who do you not want to spend time with? Identifying what you want is the first step to keeping yourself stress-free and well.

2. Focus on what you LOVE about the holidays and find healthy ways to still experience those things - Holidays, like life, shouldn't be about either overindulgence or deprivation. The holidays are a time to celebrate what you love most. Is it the lights? How about taking evening walks around the neighborhood to experience them? Is it the food? Find healthy recipes for your favorite dishes, create them, and share them with your friends and family (without preaching or forcing, just sharing!) Is it the parties? Create a plan for how you can attend a party without sabotaging your goals - maybe it means bringing your own food and drink; maybe it means leaving at a set time so you can get a good night's sleep.

3. Deal with any guilt you feel about putting yourself and your wellness first - Why do you feel that you can't put yourself first? What would happen if you did? Why is your wellness less important than pleasing others? Are you sure others would be upset if you offered new ways of doing things over the holidays, or if you asked that they respect your health goals and personal wishes?

When it comes down to it, you are all you've got. Your first and primary relationship is with yourself. And that is true of every person you know. Each person is responsible for themselves, their feelings, their beliefs, their choices and their reactions. Sometimes being true to you can upset others at first, but what should come after their initial reaction to change is respect for your choices and love for you, no matter what.

Joy - What the Holidays are All About, Right?

Isn't joy and goodwill the whole PURPOSE of the holiday season? If you're traipsing around in Shouldville, how is that joyful? If you give out of "shoulds" and expectations, then it's not authentic. It's sacrificial. Don't sacrifice your wellness just because it's the holidays! Give the best gift you can give to others, and to yourself: a healthy, joyful, authentic you.

Residual Effects of Guillain Barre

Prior to suffering Guillain Barre (July 1995) I was a very fit male in my late 30's. I competed regularly in triathlons and we all know the type of training required for the three disciplines of that sport. I was also an avid trekker through various terrains. I was (still am) a Dad to two young boys and a husband to one wife (still am). I only give that brief physical and family background because Guillain Barre stopped me dead in my tracks. After discovering what Guillain Barre was I quickly re-focused my life to do all that I could to fully recover. Even though I now work full-time and have done so for a quite a while the residual effects of Guillain Barre remain with me. The medical fraternity call them 'residual neurological abnormalities'.

What are my residual effects and how do they impact on my life? These may be the same for you or a love one.

Pain. Not disabling pain but persistent discomfort in my feet. Sometimes it is like a tingling but most times it is an ache and even those descriptions are not altogether apt. I massage deeply and even smash my feet down on the floor or on the edges of coffee tables so as to 'distribute' or rid myself of the sensation, usually to no effect. The pain tends to be worse at night and is definitely worse if I have been on my feet all day or my feet have been wrapped tightly in working boots. As a teacher and as a husband-father this is usually the case. I do not take any medication.

My feet are 'floppy'. The ankles are weak. The toes flop or don't obey what I ask them to do. I have heaps of muscle twitching. I enjoy watching those. Very funny. I do fall occasionally particularly if I happen to walk backwards. I have to be aware of my walking, my 'feet planting' with each step, even though it's not done consciously. Since GBS I haven't been able to run at all. My calf muscles are very loose as some of the nerves, so I am told, have died or not regenerated. The term from doctors is axonal degeneration. My doctor has mentioned to me that axons send out small branches called collateral sprouts that restore the nerve supply to those muscle fibers whose nerves have been damaged. What I have found is that my muscles must work extremely hard to maintain efficiency over a long period of time. For example I still trek but with two walking poles to aid with balance and support. The legs fatigue to a much faster extent compared to prior Guillain Barre times. For me, it is a long term disability, I hate that word, but not one that I let stop me doing my outdoor pursuits. There is always a way. I have always loved the mental challenges that invariably go with the physical ones.

I have found that from a few months ago (August 2012) I have developed a limp which has originated in the left hip. It is not painful but as I had been affected by GBS from the neck down for a long period of time I have now been told by my doctor that even though the muscles in the hip area had recovered that now they have weakened due to Guillain Barre from those many years ago.

Fibromyagia Stress and Anxiety

For the past few years scientists have made progress resolving the complexities of fibromyalgia. There is little doubt in their minds that fibromyalgia is initiated by some form of trauma. The trauma may be physical or it could be an emotional trauma that brings on long-lasting stress and anxiety.

Research has shown that some people have a genetic predisposition to fibromyalgia, but the symptoms usually don't raise their ugly heads until triggered by a physical or emotional trauma.

One widely accepted theory to the cause of fibromyalgia is that a trauma triggers one's "fight or flight" response. The purpose of the "fight or flight" activity is to help us function in times of urgent need for assistance, but it only lasts a little while and then goes away.

But, with fibromyalgia, the "fight or flight" response stays "on" and our bodies remain on alert with a watchful eye ready to meet danger or an emergency at any time. Staying in this state places more stress on our bodies. This results in our bodies not being able to sleep soundly, a restful, deep sleep, which in turn, aggravates more widespread pain in our bodies. It's a vicious circle!

Stress is destructive to our mind and bodies in so many ways. We must learn how to eliminate the stress and anxiety in our lives to help alleviate the pain and the damage physically and emotionally.

Here are a few activities that I have used to help alleviate the stress in my life:

Massage: A good massage is essential in relieving stress. it can alleviate pain, soothing painful muscles, boost immune systems, and lower blood pressure. It may take a few tries to find the right massage therapist to fit your special needs. I prefer a lighter healing touch. It took me a while to find someone who understood fibromyalgia and my special needs, but it was certainly worth it.

Journaling: It is very therapeutic to put your words and pain on paper, sometimes, that alone will ease some your stress. Keep track of how you feel each day, writing down what you eat and drink. Were you particularly stressed that day..what caused that stress? What was your routine that day? I find that keeping a routine everyday helps me maintain a better balance.

Prayer: Prayer is the simplest, most uncomplicated stress reliever there is. Just have a conversation with God and tell him how you feel. Pray for guidance, patience, understanding and thank him for your blessings. Always thank God your your blessings, even though you don't understand why you are suffering.

Humor: We all need a good laugh, especially laughing at ourselves. Yes, we are in pain, but we have to learn to accept the pain and all the changes happening in our bodies and in our lives, even though these changes weren't part of our overall plan. We shouldn't take ourselves too seriously. A good laugh will promote wellness.

There are other simple things that you can do to relieve your stress. Forgiveness is essential in healing the mind and body. Holding a grudge, holding on to anger, resentment or bitterness is of no value, it will only hurt you and cause more stress and anxiety in your life. Exercise, (maybe just going for a walk or a bike ride) yoga or meditation. Find out which of these techniques works best for you and try to fit it into your schedule daily. Take care of you.

"The greatest discovery of my generation is that a human being can alter his life by altering his attitudes of mind" William James

Stress at Your Workplace: Tips for Dealing With It

Stress in the workplace is a fact and something we all have to deal with from time to time. It's important to manage and deal with stress so it doesn't affect your health and cause you to lose time at work. Stress and anxiety contribute to long-term work loss. The following are tips for dealing with stress in the workplace:

Distractions Contribute to Stress

At work, reduce distractions that affect your concentration and your ability to complete tasks on time. Distractions include the radio playing too loud; having your cell phone at hand constantly beeping, buzzing, vibrating, or whatever; noisy co-workers next to your workspace; always checking your emails, among many other distractions.

You must take control of your work environment as best you can or it will take control of you. Eliminate distractions as best you can - close your office door, put that cell phone away, check your emails less often, and turn the radio down or off.

Use Stress Relief Tactics

A stress reliever to you may be a short walk around the building at break time; it may be getting out of the office for your half-hour or hour lunch break. Reading some inspirational verse or book passage at break time may be a way to get your thoughts collected so you can focus better. If you don't have a stress relief tactic, research some that people use and try them yourself.

Stre... etch

Stand up and stretch every so often to get your muscles moving; breathe deeply as well. Moving and stretching your arms and legs is a nice short break from your sitting position - or a stationary standing position. It helps keep you loose and less tense.

Don't Do More Than You Are Able

You can only do so much on the job each day. Work diligently, smartly, and do your very best - but don't try to be superhuman. If you were, you'd be in superman or superwoman's shoes and wouldn't be worrying about holding down a 40 + hour a week job anyway. Expect much from your self... but not so much that you're excessively hard on yourself. You can accomplish much at work, but there certainly is a limit to what you can do each day.

Smile

Sometimes we all take life way to seriously. Yes, we have responsibilities and are accountable for much in our jobs. However, we can smile and enjoy the journey as they say, while we handle our responsibilities and such. In fact, smile and laugh both! There's much to be appreciative about in life if we stop the treadmill we're on and ponder all the good things we have in our life. Smile, laugh, giggle, joke, and enjoy the people and the world around you. Laughter is certainly great medicine and gives you a fresh, new, more positive outlook on life... and work!

Ask for Assistance

You're doing the best you can, to the utmost of your abilities at work, but still you feel overwhelmed. This is a time you may have to ask for help. Maybe the workload is so heavy that it's impossible for one person to accomplish it all and meet deadlines. Approach your superior and intelligently discuss the situation with him or her. Offer suggestions to get over this difficulty, and listen intently to his or her suggestions as well. Hopefully, you will both arrive at a workable solution because of your brainstorming together.

Take That Vacation

Are you the type that forgoes vacations and earned days off because you feel the work just has to be done? You are a major contributor to your own stress. Everyone needs time off; a break; a vacation; a trip; a 'get away' day, or whatever you want to call it. Take those days off and vacations you've earned - and take them on a regular basis. Your physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health will be better for it - and so will your work performance when you get back.

Consider the above tips for managing stress in the workplace. Don't let stress take hold and relentlessly damage your overall health and work performance. Understand that stress is a fact of life; also understand that you can do something about it and help yourself, as well as get help for yourself.

Going Beyond The Materialistic and Atheistic Mindset of The Modern Civilization

The materialistic mindset of the current civilization is based on productivity. We are always trying to find ways to save time and make money. This is why today we have shared everything in an organized way and everyone is a specialist in a certain topic.

Scientists are always objective and materialistic. Each one is a specialist in a specific topic. Theologians are only religious. They have a true aversion for science. I could give you numerous similar examples. Each one knows something and nothing else besides their specific topic, and everyone insists on their points of view, while despising the points of view of others.

There is no agreement between scientists and theologians, or between scientists and artists. Each one lives in a different world. Each one of them makes their research based on what they know. Since they know only what is related to their specialty, they have a limited vision about the whole they belong to.

Everyone would better understand our reality and have better results if they would imitate the example of the ancient Greek philosophers, who were not only philosophers, but also mathematicians, artists, inventors, physicians, and athletes at the same time.

My work helps you understand that you must relate all disciplines and study everything at the same time if you want to have a true vision of your reality. By examining only a small fraction of the world (based on your point of view) you cannot understand anything. You must have a global vision of your reality in order to understand what is happening to you.

You will better understand your reality and the functioning of your brain and psyche by learning the dream language and translating the meaning of dreams, since God produces your dreams. The scientific method of dream interpretation links science to religion, religion to philosophy, and philosophy to art, giving explanations to all mysteries.

I found clear proof of God's existence and sanctity in the meaning of dreams. I also found proof of God's protection when I translated the symbolic meaning of a literary book I had written when I was a teen. I understood that the unconscious mind was showing me that there was craziness in my brain and psyche. I had to stop trying to impose my absurd ideas to the world.

I was an impatient and insensitive dictator who had to learn how to be sensitive and balanced. When I understood that the divine unconscious mind was trying to protect my sanity with this literary work, I understood that God was alive. God had helped me write my literary book based on dream symbols when I was an ignorant teen. I had no idea that there was a symbolic meaning behind my literary words.

God was alive, and He was sending me messages in dreams, in my literary works and in symbols of my daily reality. I learned how to translate the symbolic meaning of everything and have more information about my reality thanks to the symbolic dream language even without sleeping and dreaming.

I understood that religion is as important as science, philosophy, and art. The importance of our psychological transformation during our lives is greater than what we could possibly imagine with the knowledge we have in our historical time.

You have to understand the religious dimension of God's existence and pay special attention to the fact that you can understand God's words in your dreams, besides absorbing the scientific knowledge given by the unconscious mind.
God must be respected because He is a big hero. However, God is a beggar in our atheistic world. He begs our attention, but we are too busy. We don't care about His lessons.

God seems to be an inexistent ghost. Nobody respects His existence. Nobody is afraid of His judgment.

Nobody is afraid to go to hell after death. Nobody cares about what is bad. Nobody fights evilness on Earth.

God is a big hero considered to be inexistent by the atheistic population of the modern civilization.

However, God exists and He works very hard. He not only produces your dreams and everyone's dreams as well; God does infinite things in order to save humanity from craziness and terror and help us find peace, sound mental health, wisdom, love, and happiness.

The divine unconscious mind will show you the truth about yourself and about the human race. Even though you believe that you are an intelligent person and you trust your own judgment, the truth is that you cannot trust your own judgment because you have inherited absurdity and evilness into your anti-conscience, which occupies the biggest part of your brain and psyche.

You must eliminate your anti-conscience through consciousness, goodness, and wisdom.

You must relate science to religion, philosophy, art, and everything you can, because this way you will have a better vision of your reality and escape the logical traps of your anti-conscience.

Your dreams, your mental health, and your daily reality are closed connected.

Your dreams teach you how to deal with your reality, while solving your psychological problems with the knowledge you acquire. This is how your spirit is purified.

You have to abandon the materialistic and atheistic mindset of the modern civilization and have a different mindset. You must take into consideration every aspect of your reality, without examining only a small fraction of your complex reality based on your point of view.

Your most important recognition must be the recognition that you found God. Your faith in God must be real, so that you may really understand the lessons you have in dreams, and so that you may always have the right attitude before your savior.

You must trust your protector if you want to escape the logical traps of your anti-conscience, which is constantly trying to imprison your conscience into the labyrinth of craziness. Your anti-conscience is a sneaky demon. You must be very serious if you want to fight a demon and keep your sanity.

However, you have the tendency to be superficial and materialistic. You cannot stop being a slave of this tendency, not only because you have inherited absurdity into your anti-conscience, but because the world is materialistic. The world makes you believe that the material life is more important than anything else.

You are induced to love money as if money was a powerful god. You are induced to believe that sanctity is a useless stupidity.

The world makes you believe that you must be selfish and care only about having pleasures, without paying attention to anything else. You believe that only idiots decide to attain sanctity instead of enjoying their lives.

You don't have enough sensitivity to understand that those who decide to follow a path of spiritual purification understand that they are very far from wisdom. They can see the human misery because we are evil.

You have to abandon the blind conclusions of the atheistic and materialistic modern civilization and have a global vision of your reality.

You may dislike the idea to attain perfection, but the truth is that if you won't attain spiritual perfection your mental stability will always be in great danger. You will be punished for being indifferent to your mental health and for repeating costly mistakes, by having to face the bitter consequences of these mistakes. You shouldn't be indifferent to this matter.

Three Costly Mistakes Preventing Your Peace of Mind

Mistake #1 - Your body and mind are separate. Wrong. Wrong. Wrong.

It's been said that "You may fool yourself some of the time. You may fool others some of the time. But, you can never fool your body. It is the most sensitive barometer of your inner world." And, both are inter-connected. "What tones and calms one, soothes and improves the other."

Your behaviour is actually creating worldly and psychic frameworks that future humanity and your descendants will inhabit.

Solution - Choose your acts and thoughts very wisely. Life responds to wise attention in remarkable ways! A body scan is a good way to begin to live mindfully. Your mind has a direct impact on your body. What inhabits your body? Your mind. If the mind is tense, and disconnected, the body will match. Doing a body scan is a simple technique that helps you to energetically wake up your body-mind connection.

Mistake #2 - Your Thinking Mind. I know it sounds silly but most people's thinking is automatic, repetitive and involuntary. You don't think. Thinking happens to you. The voice in the head has a mind of its own, and unfortunately most people are at the mercy of that voice. Your mind picks up all kinds of things from earlier in the day and "replays" it endlessly, or it's restless and can't stop running around. These are all very powerful internal states and your mind gets attached to this conditioned way of thinking. Your mind wants attention right now!

Solution: Get out of your head! Let go of the stories. Free your mind by sitting quietly. Try paying attention to your breathing. This not only changes the direction of your focus, but it also helps in not strengthening your wayward thoughts.

Mistake #3 - Your Ego. Yikes! This is a big one. For thousands of years humanity has become mind-possessed. Because we have become so identified through our mind, a false sense of ourself came into being - the ego. And there's even more to this.

Another dimension of the ego is emotion. Emotion turns into ego when you identify with them; that is to say when they become "I" takes over.

Explained a different way, let's say that you see two of your friends over in the corner having a quiet conversation. Your mind observes this and then begins to chatter away. Saying things like "I bet they're over there talking about me." Or, "I just know that they're talking about what happened today at the gym." You have not only become emotional, but the situation becomes about you.

Solution - How do you get a handle on this? You need to let go of the story and return to the only place of power. The Present Moment. You hang onto your stories because it strengthens your identity. But, nothing ever happened in the past that can prevent you from being Present Now. And, if the past can't prevent you from being Present Now, what power does it have? Again, become quiet in your body and allow your mind to become still so it can see what is really there. This is called having a mindful experience.

Dream Predictions and The Unconscious Guidance in Dreams

You can understand your spiritual reality the same way you understand your material reality. You only have to learn how to translate the meaning of dreams according to the scientific method discovered by Carl Jung, and simplified by me.

The unconscious mind that produces your dreams gives you many explanations about the reasons why everything happens in your daily life. You can also predict the future, and change the future development of your reality.

The mindset of the materialistic and atheistic modern civilization is very far from the comprehension of the spiritual dimension of our reality. The unconscious mind shows you in your dreams how you can avoid repeating the common mistakes of the human race.

You'll learn how to identify the laws that belong to your spiritual reality and respect them, the same way you respect physical laws already recognized by our scientists.

This new vision of your reality will give you the chance to read people's minds and understand the reasons why various facts happen in your daily life. Since you'll understand what makes these facts happen, this means that you will also understand how to change the route of your life.

You have to learn how you can change your life. You must pay attention to the objective conditions of your reality. By having a superior vision, you'll understand all the possibilities and impossibilities of the way.

You will observe that everything is prepared to happen before actually happening. Nothing happens without being prepared to happen in a certain way because the facts of our daily lives have a purpose.

Our reality is organized based on the fight between good and evil. Our reality also depends on our psychological type and on the necessities of development of our psyche. Numerous factors predetermine how our future will be unfolded.

We live in order to eliminate our wild nature and learn how to be wise. Nothing happens by chance in our world.

We can predict the future the same way we predict the weather. However, dream predictions are not doubtable like the weather predictions based on human calculations. The predictions we have in dreams are based on God's calculations, since the unconscious mind that produces our dreams is God's mind. Therefore, these predictions are not suppositions. They will happen for sure.

When will you see something you had predicted in a dream actually happening?

Sometimes immediately, sometimes only after a long preparation. However, you will surely verify that everything you had predicted in a dream will really happen in your daily reality. The divine predictions are based on wisdom.

Now that we have undoubtable proof of God's existence we must understand that we have a spirit. All the religious lessons we had when we were children were true. Even thought the absurd modern civilization is materialistic and atheistic, the truth is that God exists and we had better pay attention to this fact instead of trying to ignore the truth.

This fact is not being accepted with joy by the world because nobody likes to be obedient.

Nobody wants to recognize God's existence. Nobody wants to obey God's guidance and learn how to be wise. Everybody wants to be free and do whatever they may desire.

However, there is no freedom on Earth, a planet especially created with the intention to transform our satanic anti-conscience into human content. Our anti-conscience is our wild conscience, which didn't evolve like our human conscience and generates mental illnesses within our conscience. We inherit this primitive conscience because we can think.

We also receive a tiny human conscience from God, so that we may transform our anti-conscience into human content.

We have to obey God's guidance because we don't know how to fight absurdity, and our anti-conscience destroys our conscience through craziness. If we don't obey God's guidance, we become slaves of our wild nature.

We must show gratitude because we can be guided by God in our dreams. This way we can understand how to successfully solve our problems without being based on our suppositions.

As an intelligent individual who follows the progress of the human knowledge, you have to conclude that the obedience to the guidance of the unconscious mind is a wise decision. The unconscious mind is the best doctor, teacher, and friend you could find.
