Revelations in Dreams, God's Anger and His Punishments

Since our dreams are produced by God, when I became a dream expert I also became a prophet able to decipher God's revelations in dreams. I had verified into practice that I could completely trust the dream messages without fear. God was not a liar. The dream messages were real.


Carl Jung was a cold psychiatrist and this is why he couldn't perceive the unconscious sanctity. He could only perceive the unconscious wisdom. This is why he had concluded that the unconscious mind is God's mind.


Of course, he understood that there was a religious side in the divine origin of the unconscious mind, but his occupation with this matter was superficial. He concentrated his attention mainly on the scientific value of the unconscious guidance in dreams.


I concentrated my attention also on the religious side of this matter.


Carl Jung was unable to perceive the unconscious sanctity because he followed the mindset of his historical time. He believed that we shouldn't have limitations and decide everything based on our moral principals and our pre-established definitions about what is good or bad.


This conclusion was absurd, but he couldn't understand this truth with the knowledge he had. If something is not good, it unavoidably is bad. When we disregard our moral principals we will surely become neurotic and surely suffer very much, besides surely causing suffering to everyone around us.


If we don't respect what is good and we are evil, we will unavoidably end up on terror and despair. Our moral principals protect our sanity.


Carl Jung disliked the idea to condemn the human behavior. He preferred to criticize religious truths based on scientific concepts.


When I managed to translate the meaning of dreams better than him and I verified the unconscious wisdom, I was indifferent to the religious side of this matter, exactly like him. I understood that I should respect the divine wisdom only later, when I perceived the sanctity contained in the dream messages. Only then could I understand that I had to be God's server instead of believing that the unconscious mind was my employee.


God thanked me because I understood my position. Then, He started telling me what to do.


He told me that I was a terrible demon, but He would give me the chance to save my sanity. I had to attain sanctity after passing though numerous crucifixions. I was very strong and this is why I could help Him eliminate evilness on Earth. A sensitive saint would never bear all the suffering I could bear because I was a violent demon.


I had to put his plan for the elimination of craziness and terror into practice and pass through an unbearable hell.


I thanked God because He gave me the chance to save my sanity. Without His guidance I would unavoidably become schizophrenic like my father.


However, I disagreed with his plan. I didn't want to be a hero.


God told me that He was afraid to trust a demon like me, but I had to pay Him back. He had suffered very much in order to make me pay attention to His words.


My literary talent was His gift. It was a bridge that was always uniting me with His wisdom.


I couldn't immediately understand what I had written when I was guided by my magical inspiration. I had to read my words many times until I could really understand their meaning. These words always had a wise meaning, even though I was young and ignorant.


Everything started making sense when I became a dream expert and I could clearly understand the symbolic meaning of dream images in dreams and in literary works. Jung had analyzed the writings of many authors who were inspired by the unconscious mind like me.


God showed me that He was revolted with the Catholic and the Orthodox Church. He would punish the members of both churches a thousand times more than the worst sinners of world.


I was baptized in both churches because my parents are Greek and therefore, Orthodox. They had decided to live in Brazil, where I was born, and this is why I studied in a Catholic school.


God showed me in dream messages that He was disgusted with the members of the Catholic and the Orthodox church because of their indifference to the horrors of the world. He told me that all members of both churches were terrible demons. Satan rules God's churches in our world.


Satan is our wild conscience. When our anti-conscience manages to destroy a big portion of our human conscience, we become visibly mentally ill. However, we are constantly influenced by our satanic anti-conscience even when our human conscience is strong.


I had to meticulously study the meaning of hypocrisy in order to understand God's anger.


I also had to face many humiliations. The members of both churches didn't believe in God's existence, and they didn't believe in miracles.


I was immediately attacked by many Catholic priests when I told them that I had discovered that we are demons and God suffers very much because of our existence.


Nobody believed that this was a divine revelation.


They told me that God had already revealed everything He had to show to the world a long time ago.


God was forbidden to make new revelations. The members of the church decided on His behalf that all revelations had happened in the past and now all revelations had ended.


When I told them that God was revolted with the members of the church because all human beings are demons and the church is not doing anything to save humanity from hell, all priests humiliated me, showing me how insignificant I was.


Nobody wanted to learn more details about my discoveries.


Whenever I tried to show to a certain priest what I had discovered after continuing Carl Jung's research into the unknown region of the human psyche, I was interrupted before being able to explain anything. Every priest would give me lessons, and tell me what a certain saint or a certain philosopher had said about this matter in the past.


I didn't need to give them explanations. They knew everything better than me. They seemed to know everything even better than God.


I hated all the conversations I had to have with the priests and nuns. However, I had to obey God's guidance like a soldier, no matter how much I hated my mission. My personal opinion had no value. The way I was feeling was unimportant too. Nothing could be more important than God's plan for the elimination of craziness and terror.


This was the only way I could help God stop suffering. His heart was always bleeding because we are not really human.


God told me that He was more than desperate. He was trying to put an end to craziness and terror during billions of years without success. He didn't know how He could still believe in this possibility and still keep trying to save the human race. He begged me to obey his guidance without complaining.


I agreed to obey His guidance, but I was always complaining because I disagreed with my suffering.


I had various discussions about God's pain with many priests and nuns. I asked them if they believed that God was always suffering because of our craziness, but they told me that God didn't suffer like us, poor human beings.


They believed that God shows apathy before the terror that rules our world; a world characterized by poverty, immorality, greed, wars, numerous crimes, and infinite lies.


In the beginning of 1991 God told me that I had to meet the bishop because this was an important part of his plan. The bishop of the Catholic church of Athens (father Nikolaos Foskolos) was very rude with me in the phone when I called him up with the intention to talk with him about my discoveries. He told me that he knew who I was. He had already learned about my existence and my discussions with many priests.


I told him that I had to tell him important revelations found in dreams translated based on Carl Jung's method of dream interpretation. He accepted to see me in the end of the week when he attended the public, but only for a few minutes, and only because I insisted.


It was obvious to me that the attempt to convince an ignorant and arrogant creature like the bishop that my discoveries were real was predestined to fail. This meeting was a waste of time. I knew beforehand that he wouldn't believe my words.


However, God not only insisted, as well as He sent me a flue. I was always punished whenever I disagreed with His guidance. God forced me to be obedient.


I would do the same if I was in His place. His suffering was more than unbearable and He depended on someone's obedience.


I met the bishop a certain Friday morning in his very well equipped office, which was far from being modest. I told him that humanity would condemn the church when I would prove to the world that we are demons and everyone goes to hell after death. I told him that I was writing a scientific book to prove these truths to the world.


He told me that I was free to write whatever I had the intention to. He had no objections.


Then, I told him that God was revolted with the members of the Catholic church, reminding Him Jesus' words: "The servers who know what the Lord expects from them but don't do what the Lord expects from them will be punished in double". In other words, God punishes more those who know what He wants from them but refuse to do their obligation, than those who ignore His will.


The bishop was not afraid. He didn't believe that he was disobeying God only because he was not paying attention to my revelations.


I told him that God was revolted also because the Catholic church stopped believing in the existence of demons, while Jesus gave us many lessons about Satan.


The bishop gave me a piece of paper, where he had written something. The word 'demon' was there, in a sentence. He was trying to show me with this document that he believed in the demon, and He didn't need to be reminded by me.


Then, he opened the big wooden door of his office, showing me the way out. I thanked him for his time and left, glad because he didn't hit me. At least he seemed to be civilized.


After this experience I understood why the meeting with the bishop was so important. God didn't expect to see me convincing him of anything. God wanted to show me how alone He was. I was the only one who was precisely obeying His guidance on Earth.


All human beings are demons who merely pretend to be human. God is always angry with all sinners.

Memory Exercises For Easy Recall

When a person ages a lot of changes start to happen along with numerous health problems that also start to develop. One major change in people is that they tend to be forgetful and develop short term memory loss with things like phone numbers, receent occurrences, people's names and more.


Having a good memory is a good thing as it helps us usually face life and it's challenges as we are often required to make wise decisions. Why We Can't Fall Asleep

We all know that we require sleep, but it's still a mystery to science, why we can't sleep. One thing is clear, science does not have all the answers.


Our bodies run on a twenty four hour cycle known as our biological clock or circadian rhythm. The circadian rhythm controls our wake/sleep cycle. If we honor this rhythm and live in harmony with our biological clock, sleep will come naturally.


There is a lot of speculation on this subject we call, insomnia. I listed some reasons that may surprise you.

1. First ask yourself; are you ready to sleep? Certain personality types may feel like there is so much to do, but not enough hours in the day. When you deny yourself enough sleep you may develop a sleep disorder.

Fibromyagia Stress and Anxiety

For the past few years scientists have made progress resolving the complexities of fibromyalgia. There is little doubt in their minds that fibromyalgia is initiated by some form of trauma. The trauma may be physical or it could be an emotional trauma that brings on long-lasting stress and anxiety.


Research has shown that some people have a genetic predisposition to fibromyalgia, but the symptoms usually don't raise their ugly heads until triggered by a physical or emotional trauma.


One widely accepted theory to the cause of fibromyalgia is that a trauma triggers one's "fight or flight" response. The purpose of the "fight or flight" activity is to help us function in times of urgent need for assistance, but it only lasts a little while and then goes away.


But, with fibromyalgia, the "fight or flight" response stays "on" and our bodies remain on alert with a watchful eye ready to meet danger or an emergency at any time. Staying in this state places more stress on our bodies. This results in our bodies not being able to sleep soundly, a restful, deep sleep, which in turn, aggravates more widespread pain in our bodies. It's a vicious circle!


Stress is destructive to our mind and bodies in so many ways. We must learn how to eliminate the stress and anxiety in our lives to help alleviate the pain and the damage physically and emotionally.


Here are a few activities that I have used to help alleviate the stress in my life:


Massage: A good massage is essential in relieving stress. it can alleviate pain, soothing painful muscles, boost immune systems, and lower blood pressure. It may take a few tries to find the right massage therapist to fit your special needs. I prefer a lighter healing touch. It took me a while to find someone who understood fibromyalgia and my special needs, but it was certainly worth it.


Journaling: It is very therapeutic to put your words and pain on paper, sometimes, that alone will ease some your stress. Keep track of how you feel each day, writing down what you eat and drink. Were you particularly stressed that day..what caused that stress? What was your routine that day? I find that keeping a routine everyday helps me maintain a better balance.


Prayer: Prayer is the simplest, most uncomplicated stress reliever there is. Just have a conversation with God and tell him how you feel. Pray for guidance, patience, understanding and thank him for your blessings. Always thank God your your blessings, even though you don't understand why you are suffering.


Humor: We all need a good laugh, especially laughing at ourselves. Yes, we are in pain, but we have to learn to accept the pain and all the changes happening in our bodies and in our lives, even though these changes weren't part of our overall plan. We shouldn't take ourselves too seriously. A good laugh will promote wellness.


There are other simple things that you can do to relieve your stress. Forgiveness is essential in healing the mind and body. Holding a grudge, holding on to anger, resentment or bitterness is of no value, it will only hurt you and cause more stress and anxiety in your life. Exercise, (maybe just going for a walk or a bike ride) yoga or meditation. Find out which of these techniques works best for you and try to fit it into your schedule daily. Take care of you.

No I Can Not Forgive Them

As you may know, I do healing work with individuals. One of the most difficult issues to come across when in a session is forgiveness. The person I am working with tells me about something in their past that happened to them that was horrific. As they tell me, I ask them, "Can you forgive the person who did this to you?" And when they, who came to me for healing, answer usually with tears rolling from their eyes, "No, I can not forgive them!" That is one of the most powerful moments, that they let slip right by them. I always hope for and do get different answers, such as, "It will be difficult, but I will try." Or "Yes, I am ready to forgive them." With the last two answers, the healing session proceeds, and the healing energy continues.


I have asked myself, why does someone who is looking for healing, hold on to such powerful anger? I have come to a few conclusions from my observations. One, the pain they hold, they choose to hold. The pain defines them. When they think of the situation, they seem to be unable to stay in the now moment where they are safe. Their mind takes them right back to the horror as if it is happening right at that moment. So they relive again, again and again. It is helpful to take my client through exercises that help their mind come into the now moment. Now, right now, everything is perfect. Now, right now, everything is beautiful. When you think of the future there is worry, when you think of the past there is anger and regret. Stay in the now, as no one is traumatizing you right now.


Another reason to hang on to the anger is to continue to play the victim role. BLAME!!! Blame is such a low frequency to allow yourself to reside in. Those who play the victim role are difficult to be around and do not realize how they hurt themselves with this point of view. Things happen, people are mean, rude, and cruel. They often do things for no reason other than they can to feel as though they have power. To allow yourself to still be victimized by their actions is allowing them to continue to have power over you.


We all incarnate here with different lessons to learn. This is to evolve our soul. To learn, to grow to expand who and what we are. If you have done something to harm another, forgive yourself. Work on mot being that person anymore. If someone has harmed you, no matter what they did, forgive them. It will empower you, it will free you. Best of all, that will be a lesson learned as the universe has a way of repeating these lessons until you learn them.

How to Lead Healthy Lifestyles

It may come as a surprise to many people, but leading healthy lifestyles can actually be fun and easy. The sooner you quit these two, the better for your body.

Is Healthcare a Luxury?

Healthcare is not a luxury, it is a necessity. Melody Barnes, director of the White House Domestic Policy Council states, "Health care costs are exploding. Many people are bringing in less income every month and seeing their premiums go up at the same time. It's affecting the bottom line and businesses. It's also affecting the fiscal well-being of our country."


We all want a good health care system that's affordable and as long as I can remember our government has been trying to come up with a solution with not much luck. Some of us want it to be up to the individual, while others think it's a government problem. Our health care system has many aspects to it that we aren't looking at and for the most part don't want to. To tell you the truth they are looking for a solution that will never happen. In the west we are trying to kill the disease no matter what it is, a common cold, the flu, or cancer.


Kill! Kill! kill!


It will never work in a 100,000 years. We will never be able to fix a system that is built on the wrong premise. Our government, the drug companies and the large corporations are in business to make money and that's what they are doing.


It's not healthcare, it's sickness care. They are not educating us about health. They're hiding as much as they can and not focusing on health. I believe when they say they want to cure a disease like cancer they are speaking metaphorically.


In Spanish there is an expression (Con de los dientes para fuerat) 'they speak from the teeth out.' We all have heard the saying that food is our medicine. We eat every day, at least most of us do. In the United States McDonald's, Burger King, Jack in the Box, Wendy's Taco Bell, and all those chicken places are not there for your health.


They serve cheap unhealthy food that people are eating on a daily basis. Food is medicine and if you're eating unhealthy, sooner or later you are going to be unhealthy. You either have to pay more by only buying organic food, taking soda, meat and most restaurants out of your life or you have to pay with sickness and an early death.


People ask me all the time, 'isn't our government protecting us from unhealthy food?' Hell No! We now have heavily poisoned chemicals on most food grown in the USA and it could even be worse in other countries. Our food is being genetically engineered. GEO for short this is an organism whose genetic material has been altered using genetic engineering techniques affecting the DNA of the food.


At this time we have no idea what this will do to our health. For the most part this is banned in Europe and the rest of the world. If you want to have good health care it is up to you.


You have to take responsibility for your own health. Eat a healthy diet; drink a lot of clean water, exercise every day, educate yourself and if you can grow your own organic garden. Think about your health not about your belly -if you think about your cravings like pies, chocolate brownies, cake, fried foods, hamburgers and fried chicken you're going to end up with some form of dis-ease and then complain about the poor health care you are getting or they are not giving you.


Grow a garden, eat food that grow in your area, eat organic as much as possible, stay out of fast food places and stop complaining. You are in charge of your own health or you're out of control.


They are not going to fix it; they don't want to fix it. If you want the best health care start reading labels, ask questions and stop buy junk food. If no one buys it- it will go away. Demand healthy food. I know if you bought a new sports car you wouldn't put the cheapest gas in it, would you?


You'd buy the best yet you put more poor fuel into your mouth daily.

Revitalize Your Energy for Fall

As we go into the Fall season, so much about Nature begins to slow down after the hectic Summer months. As the days get shorter, our bodies want to revert to our natural inclination which is to prepare for Winter and Winter's hibernation time. But we, unlike Nature's animal kingdom, have our busy lives and it's necessary for us to keep up our energy and vitality at the highest and best levels possible.


Here are a few tips to help you accomplish this:


1 - Turn on more lights - Whether at home or at the office, turn on more lights. This helps ward off the natural sleepiness that darkness brings. Also, if you have access to and can use light bulbs which give off a natural light spectrum, these are most helpful. If you are prone to Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD), this type of light bulb is most important for you to counteract your condition.

Where Is God? Scientific Proof That God Exists

Numerous Biblical citations about the importance of the meaning of dreams couldn't convince the world that God speaks through dreams. The barbarous civilizations that ruled the world created the absurd modern civilization, which is atheistic and materialistic, and works based on violence, immorality, indifference, and greed.


The current civilization despises religion, philosophy, art, and metaphysical phenomena, proclaiming that we don't need a creator. Everything can be scientifically explained.


There is nothing else besides the material reality. Everything else is false. If something is not material and it cannot be scientifically proved based on the rules of the scientific community of our historical time, it is pure illusion. We cannot believe in anything that won't be realistically proved according to our scientific rules.


However, our historical time is characterized by corruptions, hypocrisy, and lies. There is a fierce competition in all fields, including the scientific field. Therefore, the rules of the scientific community of our historical time are not only based on the knowledge accumulated by humanity over the years, and on a real intention to find out the truth. These rules are based on personal interests.


As a matter of fact, nobody cares about finding out the truth in our world. Everyone basically cares about their own position.


Thus, the criteria used by our scientists in order to verify if a certain discovery must be accepted and recognized as valid by the world are narrow-minded and absurd. These rules are not based on a sincere intention to discover the truth. They have many other intentions. These rules are limitations that prevent the world from believing in truths that are against the interests of the world leaders.


On the other hand, many scientific discoveries in many different fields have already proved that we need a creator, for many reasons. Nothing could simply have appeared by chance on our young planet in only four billion years and a half. This is like believing that we can construct a building in just a few seconds.


The first scientific explanations discovered by our scientists are insufficient, besides being based on erroneous concepts. They seemed to explain everything, but they were wrong. New scientific discoveries showed us that our old scientific discoveries were based on false impressions and we are far from the truth.


We must begin from the beginning, and look at our problems from different angles. Today's scientific discoveries are as primitive as the discoveries of the Middle Ages.


After continuing Carl Jung's research into the unknown region of the human psyche through dream interpretation I could uncover the camouflage of the hypocritical world and see the entire truth about the human nature. I could also discover the meaning of the human life. This happened because I obeyed the divine guidance in dreams.


Dream interpretation seems to be a subjective practice, which depends on the intuition of the dream interpreter. Nobody believes that we can objectively translate the meaning of dreams. However, this is a false impression caused by various distortions of the ignorant and hypocritical world. My work proves to the world that only Carl Jung could discover the real meaning of dreams.


Jung proved that our dreams are produced by the unconscious mind. While all other methods of dream interpretation (scientific or not) are based on suppositions, his method is based on true research, without secondary intentions.

Carl Jung's method of dream interpretation is too complicated, obscure, and incomplete. I had to clarify everything, so that average people could easily learn his method and find solutions to their problems. Otherwise, his brilliant discoveries would get lost in the chaos of the absurd world instead of saving humanity from suffering.


Jung was afraid to completely trust the unconscious mind, even though he considered the unconscious mind a good counselor for the human being. I proved to the world that we can absolutely trust the unconscious mind because it works based on wisdom and sanctity.


The unconscious mind is God's mind. God works like a natural doctor because we need psychotherapy. All dreams have the basic purpose to protect our fragile mental stability.


You can find God by translating the meaning of your dreams according to the scientific method of dream interpretation. This is a scientific discovery already proved based on the scientific rules of our historical time.


However, this was not enough. Only because Carl Jung and I could scientifically prove that we can understand God's words when we translate the meaning of dreams based on the scientific method of dream interpretation, this doesn't mean that the world paid attention to this fact.


Numerous very important scientific discoveries don't change anything in our world because nobody cares about understanding their value. Therefore, if a scientific discovery will really make a difference of not, depends on numerous factors.

However, God pays attention to your mistakes because He knows how absurd you are, and He works like a doctor. The way God characterizes you is based on the entire truth as it is, and the truth is that you really are a terrible sinner, even if you believe that you are a good person.


If you cannot understand how terrible your mistakes and sins really are, this is because you are indifferent to what is bad.


Nobody is perfect because nobody tries to be perfect. Nobody cares about attaining perfection.


However, God demands perfection from you, the same way He demands perfection from everyone else. God wants to see you having the behavior of a saint.


Is this a surprise for you?


Perhaps it is, since even the members of the church believe with apathy that 'God forgives our sins because He knows that we are imperfect'. God is revolted with those who supposedly represent Him on Earth because they have distorted His lessons.


God doesn't forgive terrible sinners without seeing that they have regretted and changed their attitude. God cannot close His eyes before our sins because He must protect us from craziness and terror.


We are under-developed primates. The biggest part of our brain belongs to our wild conscience, which has satanic characteristics. We live exactly because we have to transform our wild nature into human nature.


Our planet was specially created by God in order to work like psychotherapy. All religions of the world were created by the same God in order to work like psychotherapy. All our dreams also work like psychotherapy. We need all the help we can have in order to stop being violent, and discover the power of wisdom and goodness.


You'll verify that the divine unconscious mind constantly criticizes your behavior, showing you all your mistakes in your dreams. You have to admit that you are making mistakes, instead of giving excuses or showing anger.


You have to recognize your mistakes, so that you may stop making them. If you don't understand that you are doing things that work against you, you will keep making the same mistakes forever. You have to learn how to do only what is positive for you and your community if you want to find peace and sound mental health.


In the beginning you'll dislike being criticized by the unconscious mind. You'll find out that you make too many mistakes.


This happens because you are not using the biggest part of your brain, which belongs to your wild conscience. You have to develop your intelligence and your sensitivity through consciousness. When you'll start seeing the positive results of the divine psychotherapy in your behavior and life, you'll surely be grateful for the guidance you had.

How To Become What You Think About

Whether you want to lose weight, build muscle or just improve your cardiovascular health, the mind plays a huge role. The mind gets and keeps you motivated, it develops those good habits and it lets you see your goal before you achieve it. I believe the biggest reason for people failing to achieve their health and fitness goals is down to lack of knowledge of how the mind works. You either control the mind or it controls you!


The mind hates change. It has a world view which has been built up throughout your life. It knows pigs don't fly and money does not grow on trees. If you were to see a flying pig or a money tree, your mind would reject it instantly. Your mind would be racing to try and find a logical reason to justify why this can't be real, so it fits into its world view. That's why when we try to make a change our mind try's to resist it. Our habits are formed by our past experiences, family and friends. If you understand how this works then you can beat it! To change your bad habits you must replace them with good habits. How do you change a habit? You must repeat the new habit 30 times, so around a month for it to become a new habit. Your new habit will then be formed, replacing the old one.


Let me give you an example. I developed the habit of having porridge oats with kiwi fruit for my breakfast every morning but I wanted to add blueberries as well. To be honest I was not too keen on blueberries to start with but they have so many health benefits, I wanted to include them. It was hard at first to get used to eating them as part of my breakfast routine. I knew it would be at first. I knew if I did this for the full 30 days it would become a habit. After the 30 days it was formed as a habit. I now have blueberries every day with my porridge!


Our daily thoughts about our self, define who we become. They make up our self-image. What is a self-image? The self-image is your view of yourself. The person who you are and the person you think others think you are. You cannot outperform your self- image. If you don't think you can do something, I can guarantee you won't do it. If you don't think you are worthy of something you won't get it or keep it.


If you think you can do a thing or think you can't do a thing, you're right. - Henry Ford


The good news is we can change our self-image. You need to spend about 5-10 minutes twice a day to picture how you want to be. Picture yourself with bigger arms, a six pack or a slimmer you. You have to feel it. Feel the emotion and the great feeling it gives you. You must do this daily. You need to train your mind daily, just like a sportsman would practice his sport daily. Every top sports person visualizes how they will perform. They see themselves winning and at their best. If you do this for just one day you will see a difference for just that day. If you do it every day you will see the difference for the rest of your life.


Most people see an old friend or a family member they have not seen in a while. The friend or family member say's your looking really well or they may say you have put weight on. The majority of people will take the compliment of looking well and feel good for a short while and forget about it. The very same people will take in the negative comment about putting on weight and hold on to that image. They spend the rest of the day feeling down. Looking in the mirror seeing themselves larger than they really are. They may head to the kitchen and grab some junk food to make themselves feel better because they can only picture themselves as being overweight so what is the point. If that one person thinks so then I must be. Right? THIS IS TOTALLY THE WRONG THINKING!


You must hold the picture of yourself with that body you desire. Remember you are doing this twice a day. When you look into the mirror see that new body you want. This will make you feel good. Hold on to that feeling throughout the day. That feeling will keep you on track. Don't allow any negative thoughts about your body enter your mind. If someone makes a negative comment just accept that it is only there view. Everyone one has different views. If you asked a hundred people there favourite food. Would they all say the same thing? No they wouldn't. So just accept that you will always get negative comments but you don't have to accept them! As soon as you feel yourself having a negative thought, think back to your image of that body you desire. This will make you feel good about yourself again. Once you build this momentum and learn to eradicate negative thoughts about your body, nothing will stop you!


You will feel more confident, you will feel in control. This thinking will smash through any of the training or nutrition obstacles you may come across. If you don't control your thoughts, the nutrition and training will always breakdown when those negative thoughts pop up and you hold on to them. So remember, "You Become What You Think About."

Scents for the Soul

Making Sense of Scents


Have you ever had the sudden experience of detecting a scent and suddenly you are transported to a time and place in your past? There are many scents that have a strong connection to experiences we have had in the past. We associate the scent with an experience and for that brief and uncontrollable moment our memories evoke a response that can be pleasant or painful. Finding the scent that brings the emotional feeling and connects with our soul is a very personal one for me and there is not just one.


We use fragrance and scents in many products. We often associate the fragrances to feelings of well being and so much advertising is focused on pleasing our sense of smell. The personal preference for the right scent is unique to the individual. The market is saturated with products to choose from and yet we often continue to purchase what is familiar to us. Knowing what pleases you gives you a foundation to try similar but different products.


For me the smell of citrus is a scent that speaks to my soul. Maybe it is the sudden recollection of time spent in California driving along roads where the citrus blossoms just started to open. Another favorite fragrances that immediately take me to the islands with a soft breeze and warm sunshine will lift my spirit on a cloudy day. The effects of vanilla and cinnamon for example have been found to reduce blood pressure and calm us. Lavender can reduce stress hormones in your blood stream. Jasmine is a fragrance that can lift your mood.


Experiment with other elegant aroma's and discover what fits your mood and speaks to your soul. Have a variety of fragrances that can be used for everyday use as well as those special occasions.


Products like perfumes, bath and spa products can be incorporated into our daily routines and enhance our sense of well being. These products may not be essential to life but they are a way that we can pamper and take care of ourselves. Taking time to select a fragrance that makes us smile or feel wonderful about ourselves only takes a few moments but the effect our entire day. Relax soak in a warm bubble bath filled with subtle scents that sooth our soul as a treat at the end of a long day. When I don't have time for that I reach for scented body lotions of some of my favorite scents. Rose is one of my daily scents which help me de-stress form life's chores. Our world is busy and hectic; often mostly out of our control. What we can do for ourselves is to make some time for those special moments that pamper and rejuvenate our soul.
